This company will come to to you for no extra charge, and repair your windshield for a reasonable price. I know I have used Safelite and in the past it as gone through insurance and I didn't want to keep doing that because my premiums are through the roof. So their quote of a $75 flat rate was so refreshing to see, as Safelite was $125 and I had to go there. Since I work from home right now due to COVID, I went with with Bernard and it was totally worth it. The entire process took 20 minutes. It's not perfect, but it is filled and with a lifetime guarantee- which is good enough for me. It was a STRONG strike from a stone, so I am just thankful that it wasn't worse. So I googled oil change and Grease Money popped up -- only 6 minutes from my house. Turns out I've driven by dozens of times but never noticed. So here's the deal: very professional staff. The franchise owner/manager is on site and working alongside the other grease monkeys. They recommended c couple of services I turned down but they did show me the dirty air filter and cabin filter and asked if I wanted to replace them. Of course. DeeDee, the cashier, was very helpful. The work was done in less than 15 minutes. A tip: check on line for a discount coupon before you go. I saved $25 with it. But you have to tell DeeDee that you have a coupon. She is not allowed to ask. As you depart, DeeDee will wish you a blessed day. And we all need one of those.

He showed up around 4 and fixed my window, vacuumed my car and replaced the motor that made my window function (for free!) all in under an hour and partly in the rain! The price he quoted was very reasonable and the fact that my window was fixed within two hours of my even starting the search is incredible. Upon completion and inspection, I notice a deep horizontal scratch across the entire window. He apologized, said he would reorder and reinstall. Never heard from him again. I got tired of following up. And that was that. I never did a negative review, I got what I paid for. Fine. However, a few months after he installed the glass, my side door panel separated from the base and is not attached. That I could not take. I never reached out for him to fix it because if he didn't keep his word on the glass replacement that came damaged, why would he fix his faulty install? Now that I'm getting a new car and have time to review after waiting a year for a reply, I Do Not Recommend this business. Do not support this business, especially if you have a luxury vehicle. The money I spent in fixing this after the fact, I could have spent upfront at the dealership to have it done correctly, under warrantee the 1st time.
