Friday morning between 8-12 was the soonest they had available. Called around 11:30 on Friday morning. Confirmed that I had an appointment, but then asked if I had ever sent a photo of the chip. This is the first time I had ever heard that they required a photo. I was told to send a photo to a different number, which I did. Tried to call back around 12:00-12:15, no answer. Tried to call the number that I sent the photo to, no answer. Called another company and scheduled the repair that day. Around 2:30 that afternoon I received a call from the service technician saying that he was on his way. I told him that I had already arranged to have the repair done by someone else. He was very courteous and understanding. I'm sure this was an honest mistake. Just wish they would have admitted it and made arrangements to do the repairs either later that day or another day. Not ghost my calls.
