I recently had a complete stereo system installed in my 2019 Toyota Tundra including the Alpine deck, 10 speakers in the doors and dash, 2 subwoofers w/box, 2 Amps, XM radio, Dynamat on all 4 doors and rear wall, front bumper camera, and all the wiring to make it work. Originally, I planned on installing it all myself and had purchased the all the items but later changed my mind after I realized how much work it was. That's when I looked up Bonnie & Clyde's and made an appointment for install. I spoke with Mason, the owner, and his brother about what I wanted and handed them the keys. Their senior installer handled my install start to finish and did an amazing job with everything. The finished product was immaculate; no cables were visible, everything fit right, and the vehicle still looked stock which was awesome. We sat in the truck for a test run of the new system and I gotta say...WOW! It sounds INCREDIBLE! Everything is tuned to perfection and I couldn't be happier. These guys really know their stuff. I plan on having the team at Bonnie & Clyde's do some work on my other vehicle in the near future. I explained to them that I need to fix the chip so I don't have to go through a claim process with my credit card, because who wants to really go through claim processes? Nobody. He said no problem we can get this fixed for you in the morning before you return it. He came at 7am and sent me before and after photos. The "after photo" he texted me appeared as if there was no more visible chip so I figured mission accomplished. When I got in the car I was shocked. This was not fixed at all and actually looked worse than before because of the drilling he did. (Photos attached) So now I'm going through the claim process that I was trying to avoid and out hard earned dollars that they refused to refund.

The tint on the drivers side started to come off. I kept the receipt from 2006 and it said I had a Lifetime Warranty. I took the car to Ace Tinting today and they honored the Lifetime Warranty While many businesses might try to say it was too long and try to to not honor the Warranty, Mr. Jung at Ace Auto Window Tint happily replaced the tint while I waited. This indicates a level of integrity that unfortunately is not common in the car business today. For this reason I gave him a very nice tip. Because Texas laws can be really stupid sometimes and everyone and their mom has cracked windshield that typically are not covered by insurance, I reached out to these great people and I am so glad I did! I was able to get scheduled within 48 hours and they gave me a two hour window to fix my vehicle. From my two experiences with them, (they had to return to fix an unrelated crack from a rock), they typically arrive on the tail end of that window they give you- just an FYI They didn't offer me military discount, but that's OK because after doing some research, they quoted me a very fair and already discounted price.
