Located in a quaint selfstanding building, this establishment makes you feel like you are part of a family. The service is top notch whether you are on the phone or in person. I have been her for routine checkups and same day visits for issues that arise. They are always so accommodating to get you evaluated. There is an optical center within the building. Nice selection of frames. They do not have a lab where if you wanted to use the same frames and replace lenses. I cant imagine finding a better place than Valley Vision Eyecare to service my opthalmological needs. I am shocked I could not find it on Yelp and hope my initiation of getting them on helps the community to realize what hidden gem they have that deserves recognition.

I called back simply to ask when the doctor would be available so I could speak with them directly. Once again, Bill said he was too busy to tell me when the doctor would be back and hung up on me a second time. There is no excuse for treating patients or their families this way. Basic courtesy and professionalism should be expected from any medical office. Based on this experience, I will not be bringing my daughter back.

I am deeply disappointed with highly unethical and unprofessional treatment my wife and I received…read morefrom Reed Optical https://www.reedoptical.com/ at both Clermont Office and the Sunapee Office. We first visited the Claremont Office in May, the examination was extremely quick and hasty. It was definitely the least thorough examination we have ever experienced. When we arrived to pickup the glasses (4 pairs in total) they were all wrong - they were definitely worse than our old pairs! We were advised to try them which we did but after a few days it was even more clear that they were all wrong. We requested another visit with the doctor to fix the problem. That time we went to the Sunapee Office. The examination was much longer. We pickup up the glasses two weeks later. My wife's glasses were not perfect but there was an improvement over the previous pairs and my wife decided to keep them. I got two pairs - one was OK but the other one, for driving, was terrible, much worse than the previous one. The prism correction was set incorrectly and I saw double image! They advised me to still try them at home which I hesitantly agreed to, but after a few days, it was clear they did not work at all. They finally agreed to partially (70% rather than 100%) reimburse me for the wrong pair of glasses. I also used my vision and medical insurance allowance, which means that now I am not eligible for insurance coverage for the next two years! Highly unfair, basically cheating I have no driving glasses but they costs me hundreds.
