The house required full blown demolition and clean up - being stripped down to the studs and down to the sub floor. Complete removal of the remaining roof structure. Sam called me right away within the hour. The other company on Monday mid morning. The third company never called back. Sam had the heart to express his condolences for our loss and assured me that we would be taken care of. The other company was indifferent and calculating from the onset. This is what sets Rainbow apart from any other company. Rainbow was willing to work with us knowing we had no insurance to cover the cost. They beat the competitors estimate. I assure you they will out perform any company in the Central Valley. I needed two granite showers and an old porcelain tub covered in water spots and needed to be restored. Russell, from The Glass Medic, was recommended from two different people, so I called him. He arrived on time, did a demonstration on a small section of granite and explained everything to us. He was easy to talk with and very pleasant during the process. The granite came out beautiful and looked like new just like when it was first installed 18 years ago. Russell also explained where we could get the supplies and how to keep the granite and tub looking nice on our own. If you have any window issues call Glass Medic!!! When we bought our house years ago, we never noticed all the hard water deposits on the front windows. We tried everything to clean them, but nothing worked. A couple of days ago, we went to an Open House down the street and the windows just sparkled. He steam cleaned my tile floors and did a good job. He gave me an estimate on my stall shower. The tile needed cleaning from the waist down, not the entire height of the walls. He said that he'd clean the tile and grout and re-caulk everything. His exact words were "it will look like new"; the price $400.00 (for half a shower). He completely OVER PROMISED. The tile looks OK, the grout is still gray, it doesn't look like new at all. When the caulking he applied came off in strips I called him back. He made an appointment but had to cancel for illness, he said he'd been in an accident a few days before, HE DID'NT CANCEL UNTIL AN HOUR BEFORE HE WAS DUE. I made a second appointment and the morning of, he texted and said he'd put the wrong address in his GPS, HE HAD BEEN HERE THREE DIFFERENT TIMES, so why he was lost is a mystery. I asked if he needed directions, he simply quit responding and never showed up. WHAT A TERRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS. I really wanted to give him a chance, but in the end I feel that I was ripped off.
