Pizza was fantastic here. We got the cardiac arrest and it was great. Personally, the amount of chicken on my salad was a bit overwhelming, but my acquaintances said their salads were good. Service was excellent; quick to get our pizza and it was still hot when we opened the box after getting to where we wanted to go. Nice little quaint restaurant with friendly staff. Delivery option was thru grub hub. The order was wrong. I called the restaurant and they said I have to go through grub hub to dispute it. Grub hub adds a tip, which Idid not know about, they charge more for items as well, which i also was unaware of. Transportation fee and taxes! Will not ever order from Glass Nickel or through Grub Hub! So disappointed in the lack of customer service! read more

Limited delivery options late night when staying up at the hospital. Thankfully we tried Glass Nickel and it was worth the small wait. The crust was not too thick, wasn't overly greasy or cheesy or overcooked and the toppings were fresh. Driver was courteous and followed the delivery instructions. i used to go there all the time, something changed the service was horrible waited forever. the waiter forgot us, although he was actively waiting on tables close by. i was suspicious when he didn't take down our order, but after waiting over an hour, I gave up. In town visiting and needed some take out for a few people, Glass Nickel totally fit the bill. We had the hand tossed delux. Good crust, the right amount of chew and a nice flavor. Toppings were tasty and nicely proportioned. Being a former pizza slinger myself, I know cooking a pie with a number of things on them can be tricky, but this place has it down! Side salad was good with a variety of veggies. Worked out to be a great take out experience. This location is just take out and delivery. There are a lot of specialty pies on the menu. I initially hesitated about ordering one as they seemed "kitchen sink" like with tons of toppings. Without a doubt this is outstanding pizza. We order most Friday Nights. It is our favorite. Tonight we ordered two 16" pizzas, the order was placed at about 10:30. We were told they would be delivered in about 30 minutes. About 45 minutes later they called, said there was a problem and that the pizzas would go out in about 10 minutes. Nearly 30 minutes later I called them to ask if I was going to get my pizzas. I spoke to staff who told me how bad their night was and eventually to a manager. The manager told me that they had an issue and had to remake my order. For my inconvenience she said she would knock $4.00 dollars off of my bill which was almost $50.00. When the Pizza finally came, there was no $4.00 discount. By the way, I think that the offer of a $4.00 discount is a joke. We have been a loyal customer to the Glass Nickel since it opened in Menasha. I have not ordered a pizza from any other Pizza Delivery since they opened. I was not treated like a valued loyal customer tonight. When you spend $50.00 on two pizzas, I think it is fair to expect quality service. Very Disappointed read more
