She took the time to walk me through everything, answered all my questions with so much clarity and patience, and genuinely wanted me to understand what would -- and would not -- solve the issue I was experiencing. Despite being more than capable of selling me new windows, they were the only shop that told me the truth: the change I was hoping for couldn't actually be achieved through window replacement alone. That kind of integrity is rare and speaks volumes about this company's values. Then there's Roy -- one of the owners -- who personally made the journey out to my home to further educate me. The fact that an owner would take the time to come out himself, explain everything in person, and make sure I fully understood my options is something you just don't see anymore. He was thoughtful, thorough, and incredibly generous with his time. And yes, fair warning -- Roy looks like he walked straight out of a magazine. Some of my older Milgard vinyl window glass were fogged and discolored and I found out that I can replace just the glass units (IGU). I had reached out to my local window store and they had recommended Lion Windows & Doors. Sagiv at Lion diligently sent over a quote within half a day. It took some effort for him to look up the exact replacement glass sizes with Milgard so not many stores would want to deal with ordering IGUs. The IGUs arrived within 2 weeks. Some glass units were damaged during transit from the manufacturer, but without hassle, Sagiv reordered the glass units at no charge. Their service is impeccable, it was well worth the 60 miles (round trip) drive. They are very responsive and professional. Our home was built in 1928 and we had single pane windows all around. Called up Lion and they were very responsive. Came out on time (exactly on scheduled time) and reviewed our options and gave a good quote. Took 3 weeks to order the windows - once they came in, their crew came in on time and within 5 hrs, had replaced 13 windows around our house. I'm on the Board of our Condo Association and we wanted to upgrade our windows. We had several quotes, they were all quite high and we weren't impressed with any of the companies. By chance we went to Lion as we are close to their office on Sawtelle, and they have been on it from the start. They came quickly with a very reasonable quote, as this would be a fairly large job with 30 units. They were very patient with us getting all the tenants schedules for measuring.
