Some of my older Milgard vinyl window glass were fogged and discolored and I found out that I can replace just the glass units (IGU). I had reached out to my local window store and they had recommended Lion Windows & Doors. Sagiv at Lion diligently sent over a quote within half a day. It took some effort for him to look up the exact replacement glass sizes with Milgard so not many stores would want to deal with ordering IGUs. The IGUs arrived within 2 weeks. Some glass units were damaged during transit from the manufacturer, but without hassle, Sagiv reordered the glass units at no charge. Their service is impeccable, it was well worth the 60 miles (round trip) drive. They are very responsive and professional. Came out on time (exactly on scheduled time) and reviewed our options and gave a good quote. Took 3 weeks to order the windows - once they came in, their crew came in on time and within 5 hrs, had replaced 13 windows around our house.
