She has been coming out to fix 2 electric blinds since Dec 1,2025. She has every excuse in the books and can't remember what excuse she used last. She has been coming in a week or two for months. I have been nice, kind, understanding and patient with her until today. She was going to call me right back and 30 minutes later no call and I'm sure I won't get one. I don't write negative reviews for businesses but this one deserves people knowing what will happen if they do business with her. I also tried to order more blinds and she doubled the price. I nicely questioned the price change and she had a lame answer. I spoke with one of the other employees and it was clear I wasn't the first unhappy old customer.

Great install and proper light mitigation .. sleep in ! We recently had a chance to "kick the tires" on the lifetime warranty clause, having a few of our blinds "squeaking" and a few were hard to roll up. Called the company on Eagle and they had one of their install experts drop in .. he called before coming by and was true to the time guess. Ben was a pro, came in observed the issues and then went about fixing everything. He explained the why behind the what AND showed us how to fix if the noise ever returned. All in all .. great experience. The only ding was the $75 service fee which I understand .. but cost them one star in the review today :)
