Rich then ghosted me and would not return my call to get the shades installed. I called no less than 10 times, left messages and got NOTHING in return! I think Rich is a great guy, but maybe he doesn't want to help us because I didn't buy the shades through him and he won't make enough money on me. Amy came out to do our initial estimate. She was nice and efficient and gave us what we felt was a very reasonable price. We would have to wait about three weeks for the blinds to come in after ordering. We were OK with that. We got a call yesterday from Mark, the owner, that our blinds were in and he was able to schedule the installation for today, which was very nice. I did not get the name of the actuall technician and his assistant but they were very good and it only took about an hour to install about 9 sets of faux-wood blinds. We are very pleased with the final result. Just a heads up when ordering blinds: make sure you know on which side of the blind you want the wand. And let the person giving you the estimate know.

We NEVER had an issue and I could send him a text telling him what I needed and he made it happen. He as honest and a pleasure to work with. Eva has taken over and she is the sheer opposite. She has been coming out to fix 2 electric blinds since Dec 1,2025. She has every excuse in the books and can't remember what excuse she used last. She has been coming in a week or two for months. I have been nice, kind, understanding and patient with her until today. She was going to call me right back and 30 minutes later no call and I'm sure I won't get one. I don't write negative reviews for businesses but this one deserves people knowing what will happen if they do business with her. I also tried to order more blinds and she doubled the price. I nicely questioned the price change and she had a lame answer. I spoke with one of the other employees and it was clear I wasn't the first unhappy old customer.

Great install and proper light mitigation .. sleep in ! We recently had a chance to "kick the tires" on the lifetime warranty clause, having a few of our blinds "squeaking" and a few were hard to roll up. Called the company on Eagle and they had one of their install experts drop in .. he called before coming by and was true to the time guess. Ben was a pro, came in observed the issues and then went about fixing everything. He explained the why behind the what AND showed us how to fix if the noise ever returned. All in all .. great experience. The only ding was the $75 service fee which I understand .. but cost them one star in the review today :)

We finally were told the order wasnt put in their system.
