I called these guys and they responded promptly. They were very communicative and very professional. Pedro did a analysis on my sticky stuck awkward sliding glass door and found that the door was installed incorrectly upside down and backward. When he turned it around and put it back in correctly it sat right and slid correctly. Pedro has great perspective about what works and did not take advantage of me in my situation needing to get my sliding glass door to close properly. He only suggested a few things be fixed on the door itself. Other people told me I needed to replace the entire door. Or I had to replace the entire door frame. Pedro was the best problem solver. We had a few windows that were fogged. Honestly didn't realize you can just replace the glass instead of the whole window and it's exponentially cheaper! Oh and they do screen repair too! Anyways, I called up Coe's and they came the next day for a quote. He was much more responsive than a couple other companies I contacted and decided the go with them. Took a few days for them to get the glass in. On installation day, the guys realized that the glass they got in was slightly thinner than the original and what they ordered. They took everything back and came back another time to install the right glass. I find it amazing to have honest businessmen as they could have easily installed the thinner glass and we certainly wouldn't have known better. So A++ for service and price! read more

I couldn't be happier to make a repair on a broken window! I was so bummed when a portion of our bathroom window broke because that meant finding someone who would take the job, and I know not a whole lot of companies want such a small job. I called around, and got 3 estimates. The first was a bit of sticker shock but the second was exactly the same price. Coe's was busy the week I called so I had to wait until the next Monday for the estimate. I was very glad I did! Their estimate was after they did a more full assessment of the situation, and it came to a price that wasn't only reasonable, I really wasn't sure that I had heard it correctly! I called this place to get an estimate for a project I was working on. The guy who answered the phone took all of my measurements and gave me the rates. When I told him what I was doing he asked if I wanted holes in the mirrors I was ordering and informed me upfront that it would be $20 per hole. I opted for the holes not thinking about the amount that I needed lol. Each piece was very reasonable. I split the order up into two because they were busy with orders and I was busy as well so I didn't mind the wait. I did get the first set exactly when he said I would. As I picked them up I dropped off the next set and they were done the very next day. I am very impressed with the mirrors I ordered. I'm sure I'll be back. The guy even offered a tip on screwing the knobs on and how to prevent the mirrors from breaking. Knowing me I would have done exactly what he said not to do. Very happy with their work. We ordered a glass table top for our dining room table. Because the table is handmade, it's not a perfect rectangle. This required that they carefully cut the glass by hand. They did a beautiful job. We also had them install a piece of frosted glass to cover the bottom of our kitchen garden window. All morning I was running to all the local Home Depots and Lowe's to get my plexiglass cut. Of course, they dismissed me quickly, telling me to find a specialized glass store because they didn't want to be liable for the piece of plexi I didn't buy from their store. So it was 90 degrees outside and I was desperate to get my piece of plexi to install the new portable AC I bought. Only a handful of glass stores were open on the weekend, and I work 8-5 during the week. Where would I get it cut? Thank goodness I stumbled across Coe's. They are a friendly and nice group. First, he told me that I actually bought a piece of Lexan, which is more durable but harder and more expensive to cut. I guess he sensed that I was stressed and pitied me. He helped me cut my piece of Lexan for a lower price. Needless to say, I was extremely grateful. Good, Fast and Cost effective. Called them on a Monday, installed by Friday. One frameless shower for master bath that was pretty large. Had another company quote and they said it couldnt be done because the entry way to shower, tiling was not parallel. Coe's came out, measure and told me it was find and they cost less too. My boys broke out my dual pane window with a baseball and Coe's was able to order and install new glass without having to remove the whole window.
