Giving a 3-Star since Glass installed ok. Back on 4/01/2019 I hired this company to replace 'top' bad Impact Glass. Total cost was $278.20. The next day or short time later I noticed heat on interior side. I called to alert them Glass installed "Backwards". Receptionist said someone will be calling me. With all the SCAMMERS, I recall like a 888 prefix or similar so I hoped to get a voice message to know it was this guy. No message left & NEVER heard back from this company. Every time I open the curtain, reminds me of the BAD Customer Service I received from this Company. Don't know why a Color Dot is not put on side of glass to be on the outside. Want to let others know not to trust their Glass Installation without testing proper side is on the "Outside" which repeals heat. read more

From the hello to the prompt visit by Rocco to confirm measurements and get a sample of the UV film, and the 2-day turnaround, it all flowed so easily. Dave did a great job installing the new pane to match the others, (all 1915 antique glass) and we could not be happier. Professional service from first phone call to finish product. Price very good. Highly recommend.

I used Glass Service Co. for shower door and window order and install... The install was fine and the installers did a great job, however I did notice they used a lesser quality pull handle on the shower door than was agreed upon to receive. When I went to pay them for the job the owner had raised the price $200 above the written proposal/estimate. When I immediately called the owner - questioned him on the price difference he told me that it's because he has to pay his installers $40 an hour with the head installer standing there in amazement and shaking his head no, I question the owner what does that have to do with the previous agreed on price. So I paid the bill and questioned him several times later to be reimbursed and nothing ever happened. I will never use Glass service Co. again nor recommend them to anyone. read more

I put in an order for 2 vanity glasstops on Nov 1 2022 and was told it would take a week to complete. I called the next week and was told its not finished. It now December 22 (7 weeks later) and I've called every week since then and was told that they are working on it and that someone would call me back. I have been kind and patient with them, extending the benefit of the doubt each time but am deeply troubled that 1) they never told me that they can't do it, 2) prefer to allow me to believe that they can fulfill the order when they can't 3) and have lied each time that they would "call me right back." Any contract and transaction is dependent upon the good faith of each party to fulfill their obligations (customer to pay, vendor to complete and extend good customer service). I'm sorry to say that this is the worst business experience I've had. No customer service, no sense of obligation to meet what they said they would, no qualms about lying to customers about call backs or their ability to fulfill an order. You deserve better than this. We had a disastrous experience with Glass Service Company over on Court St. We retiled our shower and needed new doors and decided to get good ones. We got 3 quotes around $2,000 and even though GSC was a little more expensive we decided to shop local. What a mistake. The installer showed up wreaking like marijuana and at first I thought it was a neighbor or passerby, and I asked him. He denied it and I believed him. Then he asked me where he could plug his drill in. Last corded drill I saw was about 10 years ago in a garage sale! They proceeded to drill some very rough holes with his worn out drill and bits then I lent them a much newer bit. They installed the brackets and while doing so cracked the tile. Not just on one side but BOTH sides. Thursday I had the 2 damaged pieces replaced at my cost and they came out again today. This time the marijuana odor was even stronger. Don't get me wrong, I don't have an issue with marijuana users, but he should not be driving company vehicles and probably not operating power tools. We all had to leave the house because the odor was so strong and my wife got a migraine from it. I called their office to ask them to send somebody else but by the time they called me back they were almost done. Even though I had complained to their office the same stoner drove away in the company van. Should probably have called CPD. After they left I went and looked and one of the wheels was left loose and almost falling off. They sent the same 2 people back to tighten it. Tonight I tried to open the door and it is jammed, I am going to get one of the others that quoted to come and fix their mess. We remodeled our kitchen 3 years ago and Glass Service Co installed the glass panes in 5 kitchen cabinet doors. Everything was fine. A month ago one of the cabinets doors started to separate so we ordered a new door from the manufacture. We took the new kitchen cabinet door along with the old one to Glass Service Co in Clearwater Fl to have them swap the glass from the old door to the new door. The person behind the desk said they would call when finished. She called later that day and said they chipped the glass getting it out of the old door. I asked how this happened and she said it was originally installed incorrectly. She said whoever installed it put caulk on the inside of the glass where it butts up to the wood and then they put silicone on the outside of the glass. She said they should have never put the caulk on the inside. I explained to her that her company were the ones that installed the glass on the doors. She replied that the new glass with cost $50.00 and that I can pick it up when it is ready. When I went to pick up the cabinet door we went thru basically the same conversation that it was installed incorrectly but Glass Services was the company that performed the installation. Her reply was so. As we continued to discuss this all she did was sigh and roll her eyes. She did mention that she would tell her manager to call me but I do not believe she will or that he will call.
