Gleason replaced 70% of my roof when solar was installed. In the past two years the roof has leaked various times. I called Gleason to fix the leaks the within the first year of installation and it took them months to get me in the schedule. After they "claimed" the roof was fixed it began leaking again. After 3 attempts it appeared the roof was no longer leaking. Two and a half years in and the roof is leaking again. I have called for the last two months and they are giving me every excuse in the book. One of the excuses the oner gave me was "the solar company he partners with owes him over $100,000 and he doesn't owe them any favors. I paid for my installation completely and any issues he has with a general contractor on unrelated projects is not my concern. I paid for a 20-year warranty and they are claiming there is only a 2-year warranty. Beware of this company! They do not stand behind their work! read more

Went out to the house to provide an initial estimate, which was very competitive compared to other quotes we received. Was able to make the necessary repairs and provide "after" pictures so we could document for buyers that the necessary work was completed. Very responsive throughout the entire process (thank you Josh and Julia!). I contacted Gleason Roofing for an estimate of replacing approximately 1/2 of may roof. Cam came out in a couple of days gave me an estimate for the job. I got 5 other bids and Gleason came in second to the bottom. A very fair estimate ....so I chose them. It took them about a week to get on their schedule. It only took about a day and a half to complete the job. They did an excellent job (about 30 square) and cleaned up after themselves. The crew members were all very polite. Cam arranged every thing and always answered his phone whenever I called with questions. All in all it was great experience and I would use Gleason Roofing again for my roofing needs. I Selected Gleason to fix the leak I had. Chose them because of their professionalism during the quote process. After that though, I constantly had to email them inquiring about the scheduling, I was told it would be the next week, which turned into the week after. Never was I called or emailed with updates, I had to inquire. Once they showed up the work was completed within a few hours, but when asked about billing, the crew performing the work had no idea. The next day I received an invoice with no directions on how to pay. I had to call the office to ask. I was then told they could send me another invoice for using a credit card to pay, but they would charge a 2.9 % fee. 2.9?? This added $43 to my bill. Even after receiving the new invoice, there were still no directions on how to pay. In this day and age where customer service is king, I would expect them to be better suited. read more

Alex came out, on time, and inspected my roof, which my insurance co. said was too old at 14 years to insure full coverage. He inspected and said that the roof was in great shape and is probably good for another 10 years. Did not charge me and besides, he bonded with my pup! Great service! read more

I was recently assigned Gleason Roofing through an adjuster after hail damage destroyed my roof this summer. It's a brand new roof, looks great, but there are underlying issues that they are failing to address. 1) They replaced a very new roof dryer vent with an attic vent that will ultimately clog my roof exhaust outlet for the dryer. I need the correct vent installed. 2) The flashing in the front along the chimney is very crooked! All they had to do was follow the brick line and because they didn't, it's even more obvious. 3) The roofers, for reasons unbeknownst to me, literally cut the copper tubing associated with my air conditioner that pumps out the condensation. It is now running directly off the new roof instead of into the sewer pipe. 4) I am also concerned that they didn't replace the rotted wood in a few areas. The surface is still soft in a few places. This roof was meticulously evaluated, with pictures and at least 3 or more different people involved. I need these things corrected, and if I have to pay for it myself, it will be coming out of the depreciation check. I'm not sure where the disconnect is, but if you read this, Josh Hardin, know that your crew was sloppy and someone from your company needs to address these issues before more problems arise. read more

I was assigned Gleason Roofing due to a roof water leak in my condo that I noticed as dried water damage in a bedroom closet. Joshua was responsive and inspected the impacted area, inside and on the roof. This was the week before Christmas, and we were expecting significant rain that Friday. Josh's crew came out and completed a temporary roof patch (huge) to get me through until the permanent fix would be approved by my HOA. They did an excellent job. Went above and beyond. Josh followed up with me to see if there were any issues after the rain. Nope! the patch held. Very happy with Josh and team. Looking forward to getting that permanent fix done! read more

I had the same experience as Ron P - and my appointment WAS confirmed. They were supposed to come on August 19. This was confirmed with Tyler, the same guy who looked at my roof and provided the estimate. They did not show. I called both numbers I had for this company, went to voice mail and said voicemail was full. Finally got a hold of Tyler, he said the crew had a problem with their work vehicle and had not reported it. I was very unhappy as I had scheduled painters to come after the roof repairs. Asked to speak with the owner - Tyler said he'd send me Brian's contact info. Nothing. I texted the other phone number asking to speak with the owner. Someone responded to say they would have the office/owner contact me. Nothing. I messaged through Yelp asking to speak with the owner. Nothing. No one even followed up to reschedule the missed appointment. My best advice to anyone looking at this company? Move on! Don't waste your time like I did. read more
