This is literally the best dental office I have ever been to! Every member of the staff is very friendly & accommodating! The most impressive aspect of this joint is efficiency. Everything went through so fast. Two years ago, I got 3 wisdom teeth pulled in under 15 minutes with no pain. Since then I've been coming here regularly for teeth cleaning. Recently visited Star Brite Dental as a new patient for an exam and a plan for treatment. I knew I had a couple of serious issues. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to resolve my issues that day, and handled contacting insurance for pre-authorization on a future procedure. Never in my 30 years of life have I had a dentist look at my teeth for 5 seconds and say "watch this tooth"and walk away. I grind my teeth & you're telling me my teeth are fine? I've been needing a new mouth guard. The dental assistant who took my X-rays was AWFUL and called for help because they took 10 minutes and she couldn't get the bite wing right. She kept telling me to smile taking x-rays. I went to dental assistant school. My teacher never told me to tell the patient to smile. Huh? I asked the assistant if the doctor was done and why there was no teeth cleaning done which was the reason I scheduled the appointment. She tried to tell me in the most confident, fake, pity matter of fact way, "Our hygienist does that. This was just an initial exam. She's booked for the day." Excuse me? Everyone I have told about this experience is shocked they didn't clean my teeth. This place is a red flag. The dentist is a red flag. I wasted my time. I'm convinced they just wanted to charge the insurance for this "visit." 5 seconds. Run. read more

After going to my previous Dentist for several years, changing dentist offices was nerve wrecking. I must have good luck. Dr. Steven Do was a pleasure to meet, and he took very good care of my teeth. I don't think my previous dentist ever cleaned my teeth as thoroughly as Dr. Do did. Dr. Do was also very communicative; which I feel is extremely important when keeping a dentist, if you are going to routinely see him/her every 6 months like you are suppose to for great dental health. Don't hesitate, schedule your appointment for any dental concerns you have, I trust he will be able to help with flying colors. I also had to wait because someone had emergency oral needs... which was comforting, because if I need the same help, I want to know I will have access to it. read more

He kept pushing a deep cleaning and said wow I feel sorry for you when was the last time you went to the dentist 10 years ago ?? And hit my tooth with one of his tools hard . Cant say enough on how this dentist pulled my teeth that were bad without surgery. My Denture plate came out so perfect that I dont need fixodent at all and they trully looked like my origonal teeth. I did not have to come out of pocket for one single thing throughout this whole procedure. I am looking forward to making this Dentist my official dentist. The staff and dental assistants also showed a lot of professionalism. I was tardy quite a few times due to flooding happening at my place and they were very quick to say no problem and r/sed me right away for a time that was best for me. I felt very comfortable and there were a lot of high fives going on there for all the fantastic work I received from them. What a switch from the 32 xrays of my teeth at the old dentist I went to ....a nightmare to say the least charging me 50 dollars because I was ill one day and was late getting there. That dentist took a very sharp instrument and peeled my gums back with it and poked every single area of the infected gum and hurt me pretty bad for it seemed no reason at all. What a joke and I almost clocked him one.I am disabled but that didnt matter to them. Be thankfull for a dentist office like this because there are a lot of a-holes out there. This place rocks. Scam artists...I got one tooth pulled because I showed them their ad. Dentist Han or Hui did an amazing job. Dr. Trung X kept dragging me back in even though I was extremely fatigue from chemo which I kept tellingthem. DR.X kept stating he needed to consult with the other dentist and charged for it although I never met him again. I wanted a partial and broken teeth that kept getting infected removed. I have broken teeth below the gumline due to rounds of chemo destroying them. My dental care covers extractions and partials...Dr. Trung X or Dr. A Xx , not sure about different names used, insisted I pay $550 for a flipper, wouldn't tell me if I had cavities, no cleaning, wouldn't show me what a flipper looked like that had no warranty...BBB complaint stated it broke in 2 months...Dentist after dentist does the same scam and continue to charge my insurance when I have no front teeth and teeth that are getting infected since my incurable cancer leaves me with little immunity. I always write only preauthorized services ...forget it. Dentists are allowed to scam seniors on UHC Aarp dental / optumcare and engage in elder abuse. I made them aware of what's going on and they allow it. I'm going to my Senator next. Taxpayers are being ripped off by these scamming extortionists and they do nothing then balance bill me when it's covered 100 percent except for what dentists want you to have like flippers etc. Dentists are not acting in your best interests when you have broken teeth getting infected but instead use extortionists techniques instead. Everybody is rude , late and they try to milk the insurance by pushing for deep cleaning when you only need a regular cleaning, first thing they ask is when you get your last X-rays done to see if they can bill the insurance. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. My wife and I went to this dental office for years, one time my wife had to get fillings. A couple days after she got the fillings, they were hurting her, so she went back in and they said her bite was now off so they ground her teeth to adjust her bite two different times and still her teeth were hurting her where those fillings were. Finally she got fed up with them and went to a different dentist office. When the Doctor there looked at her fillings they thought they were around 10 years old because they were done so poorly. She has to get all the fillings that they did replaced now (wasting $70 that we paid this terrible Doctor). What's more, they completely missed a cavity that my wife had that was at 80% (at 90 - 100% you have to get a root canal!!) How does a Doctor miss something like this!?!? Please avoid this dentist office at all costs. This place should be shut down! read more

I am great full through all that we are going through Star Brite Dental was their when I needed their service. The Dental office is clean and they wear gloves and mask. They check your temperature and don't have you waiting a long time. The staff is friendly and always make you feel like you are their most important client. The doctor and staff always call and check on your recovery after whatever treatment you just had. Dr. Xa, try's to make whatever, procedure painless as possible and work hard to save your teeth, not like other dentist I have been to. Other dentist I have been to are quick to say the tooth has to come out. So glad I saved my tooth and brought it to Dr. Xa, who worked hard to save that tooth and other teeth that was in question. I went to see Dr. Xa for a root canal after being referred by a friend and had a great experience there. His staff is very friendly and professional and he made the situation better by explaining things to me and letting me know what to expect. I've had a root canal before when I broke a tooth, but Dr. Xa made it seem simple and flawlessly. He's good at what he does and is confident in his work. So much better than my previous dentist. My experience was one of the worst for dentist's in general. The main concerns - Dr. Xa was fine, but he suggested I get a deep cleaning and I was told by 2 other dentists that it was not necessary. I know opnions very from dentist to dentist, but my teeth were not in bad shape at all. I take very good care of them. The lady that numbed my mouth and that preformed the deep cleaning - horrible. When she was numbing my mouth, it was excruciating. I've had my mouth numbed and I would like to think I have a very high pain tolerance and I have no issues with needles. But good god, I swear she was just rough. Throughout the entire cleaning, she was so rough, I flinched a few times and she seemed to not care or even ask if I was okay. Just keep on digging! My last complaint - My entire mouth was numb. She didn't ask me if I wanted to see a mirror nor did she clean the paste that was all around my mouth. Seriously? I have been in for numerous cleanings and they always clean your mouth off or ask if you want to see a mirror to clean it off. I had just assumed when she dabbed my mouth a couple of times that she must have not gotten much on my face. Nope. I walk out after paying, get in my car and there was dried paste all over my mouth. All of the ladies up front would have seen it too, and not one of them thought "Hmmm, maybe we should tell her that her mouth is covered with paste and maybe she'd like to wipe it off?". I'm sorry, it's just very poor customer service there and it's not welcoming. Who loves the dentist? No one I can think of. So you should make it a warm, comfortable place so people feel more at ease. I have never had such an unpleasant experience at a dentist. There are much more professional offices in this area, so please check around! read more
