Since moving to Queens, I haven't found a laundromat that I felt comfortable partaking in drop off services. Moreover, the pricing always felt ridiculous but you can't pay for time. Items/cost: So, I dropped off my 75lb laundry yesterday at 10:30am and my clothes were ready last night. It cost me $94.50 CASH ONLY for wash + fold and one blanket ($12). That's roughly 0.90/lb. Cons?: Nothing so far however I did want all of my clothes air dried. I dislike when my clothes shrink and the lady talked me into choosing delicate cycle but I can't blame her. 75lbs on air dry would take forever, so i'm not mad, at all. If you're in the neighborhood and looking for laundry assistance, check them out. They're open 7 days a week, 6am-9pm.

The owner acknowledged the damage, and there were ongoing discussions about resolving it, but the matter was never resolved. Because of this, I filed a claim in Nassau County Small Claims Court. After reviewing the evidence, the court entered a judgment in my favor for the full value of the coat. Following the hearing, the owner approached me and attempted to hug me, which I found inappropriate and uncomfortable given the circumstances. Further to this, he demanded an apology for writing this review and left me a text message and voicemail with threats to sue me for writing this review. After nearly a month, he finally paid the summary judgement.
