    Menu Feb 2024- soft Opening

Great new brewery right in the heart of downtown Wylie! My husband and I went to the soft opening over the weekend and sampled a couple of their selections. There were only 4 options on tap at the soft opening. I tried their Orange Seltzer, which was very refreshing and smooth! A perfect summertime enjoyment. They have a large interior seating area. They are in the process of creating outdoor seating as well! Looking forward to visiting this place once they officially open!

A great local place to go hang out! The beer is good, and they have rotating food vendors (check their socal media to see what they have to eat on a given day!) that are all local and tasty. I love the casual open air space, on a nice day the garage will be open and the whole place is very welcoming. There's a large outdoor space with a few lawn games, and a large indoor seating area with tv for whatever the sport of the day is. Parking is easy, there's a lot less than a block away, or some people just park along the street right in front. Prices are reasonable and the people are friendly. Sometimes they do giveaways or fun events based on sports or whatever is going on in the world. Again check their socal to see what's up on a given day. They also have a nonalcoholic root beer on tap that's quite tasty- for the littles or any who don't drink. Come check it out and support this local Wylie place so it can stick around for everyone to enjoy!

I have been in several times, to be fair it is within walking distance from my house ;-) Really cool atmosphere, great beer...the orange seltzer is fantastic as is the root beer...I have found myself craving the root beer. I am a dark beer fan and the stout is very good. I saw that they advertised a new bock that I will have to stop in and try. The owners, Steve and Deb, are great and truly care about the beer and service and want everyone to enjoy themselves. There is no food on premises but, they have great local venues provide food like, Linke's, Villa Vinci's, Frankie's Casa, Cheesesteak House and others...some nights they have food trucks there, which makes for a great variety in food without having a same old menu... Service is friendly, prompt and always open to tell the story behind the brewery, and take suggestions.

Had a wonderful date night last night at their soft opening. The beer was great and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. We will be visiting again soon!!

    Flight of brews. It's great!

Lots of parking available and walking up to the front door you get a very lush/green, west coast vibe. The building is modern with tons of indoor and outdoor seating space. The glass walls looking into the brewery, the ceiling wood pattern to depict the lighthouse on the lakefront and the local, artist made, characters for each beer are just a few of the details that stood out to me at this business. With so much space it was a bummer to see it dead on a Tuesday afternoon but I saw that they have weekly events to enjoy, Tuesday is trivia night! The guy behind the bar and owner, Cory, was a very laid back and friendly fella. We chatted about how he got the place started, the roadblocks of running a brewery vs a winery or a brew pub. He gave me good food and drink recs for other local places on the square. He also created the menu. The sunset tacos and fries were delicious! I tried the blonde ale and also got a Flight; blonde, Mexican lager, lager, ipa, hazy pale ale. I was also able to taste the in house made seltzers. I had the blue/lemonade and Hawaiian seltzers. Overall, I had a great dining experience and made a new friend in Texas. I highly recommend this small business. Supporting local gives businesses more opportunities to provide additional options to customers. You could absolutely do a date night, girls night or have a birthday party here.

Beautiful magnolia lined terraces, another outdoor patio, inside-very clean-you can see/tour the brewery. Stage for live music Seating Huge bar, large high top tables fro groups, outdoor terrace couches, inside couches, patio with high tops. Menu 25 beers on tap(no IPA on this visit), cocktails, wine ( no cabernet on this visit). The Sauvignon blanc was so good I wanted a growler to take home but they do not have that-just whats in the to-go fridge, which had a limited selection. The steak salad was great-lots of steak and sliced grape tomatoes, not much arugula but tasty. Summary Amazing brewery! Great atmosphere, outstanding service-one point off for not having our top choices or growlers. Recommended it to others already! Can't wait to return for another visit and tour!

One of the best parts is the music level. It's fun and sets the mood, but it's not so loud that you can't actually have a conversation. **Disappointing Experience at Hermann Marshall**…read more I attended a private event at Hermann Marshall on August 16th, held in their private party room. This was my third time attending a private event at Hermann Marshall, and unfortunately, it was the first time I experienced what I felt was inconsistent and disappointing service. As part of the event, the host offered complimentary mixed drinks served by Hermann Marshall staff. My server was Mary Ann, who I understand is married to the manager/owner. Mary Ann initially served me one complimentary Old Fashioned, which, as usual, was very good. About an hour later, I returned to the bar for another. At that point, Mary Ann placed her hand over the Old Fashioned dispenser and told me they were no longer serving complimentary drinks because the prepaid limit had been reached. She then told me I could purchase one if I wanted another drink. I had no issue with purchasing a drink, so I got my debit card and purchased a smoked Old Fashioned. What I found confusing, however, was that there appeared to be a significant amount of the premixed Old Fashioned remaining in the dispenser. Approximately an hour later, while getting food near the bar, I saw Mary Ann serve another attendee an Old Fashioned from the same container she had previously told me was no longer available for complimentary drinks. I asked Mary Ann why I had been charged for my drink while another attendee was still receiving complimentary Old Fashioneds. Her response was unclear, but she ultimately told me that if I wanted another drink, I would need to pay for it. From what I observed, however, other attendees were continuing to receive complimentary Old Fashioneds within the limit established by the party host. What made the situation particularly disappointing was not having to pay for a drink--I was perfectly willing to do that--but rather the inconsistent treatment and lack of transparency regarding how the complimentary drinks were being distributed. I have been a consistent patron of Hermann Marshall, attending Tuesday Bingo nights, happy hours, and other events, and I have also brought friends with me. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed, particularly given the circumstances surrounding the event. I believe all guests should receive consistent and transparent service, regardless of who they are. Based on this experience, I will no longer be supporting Hermann Marshall or recommending HM to friends. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as this was a very different experience from the positive experiences I've had at Hermann Marshall in the past.

They even have great mocktail options, which I love when you want the experience without the alcohol. The most unique one that I've tried is the Pho Ya - it's Pho inspired and actually delicious. The Brussel sprouts that come with the pork are absolutely amazing. The pork was juicy and flavorful. We finished with the crème brûlée. It was delish also, overall on our first trip I will say I will be back. Our check was 120.21 , we don't do drinks besides water since that's all we like anywhere.
