Horrible Cemetary!!!! Back in October 2025 my Father passed away and I wanted a picture of my parents put into a Cameo. Well after months of not hearing anything from them, I found out that they had lost the picture of my parents. I have since requested a check for services not rendered. I spoke to a lady name Clara and she told me 2 months ago that I would be getting a check in probably about 6 weeks. Well I still have not received my check for the services that they did not do!!!! Staff with the exception of Tom is horrid, rude and disrespectful. Coordinated the payment for my husband's burial using life insurance assignment. The day of my husband's viewing Mark, one of their managers, showed up as a guest then demanded money. He produced a new contract and said that the amount of the assignment would be reduced. That didn't happen, the company submitted the original amount which meant they received an overpayment. The overpayment has not been refunded and it's been well over a month. I've tried calling Mark, Clara and the corporate office and nothing is being done to refund my money. The day of my husbands burial the Healing Tree Vault service was a complete embarrassment. Natalie, sales person, had the nerve to approach me in-front of my grieving children and ask for coins to give to a family member who is estrange. I felt like I had no choice but to give the coins even though they were already allocated to a dear friend. Overall my experience has been traumatizing. I would never recommend this company to anyone. read more

The Glen Haven Memorial Park staff are exceptional, including help with designing the uniquely detailed grave marker. It's perfect! Thank you, Marty. Recently, several relatives and I visited my brother's grave site in Glen Haven Memorial Park. Being from out of town, it was our first visit since the funeral. It was Sunday, and we were impressed that the office was open and staffed. Natalie helped us secure flowers for the grave and provided information and the location of other relatives buried there. No bedside manners whatsoever. Natalie decided to scold me for not following my loved ones wishes. No one needs to hear during such a sensitive time. My parent made no arrangements, had no will, life insurance, etc. I guess she's trying to guilt me. BS! Took 2 weeks to get information, had to call back several times. I have to say that I have had the best experience with the Glen Haven Memorial Park. Our Mother's grave looked well kept and they went above and beyond to help us get a few things that we needed. Why doesn't Warren Bradford Moulton, who died almost a year ago this April 11, still NOT have his death date on his grave? Do you realize how much undo stress you are putting on his widow? She will visit is grave on the anniversary of his death this week and still not have the closure of seeing his date of death, Aprill 11, 2018, on his burial plaque. You did the same thing to me when my mother died three years ago. Its not like you weren't paid way in advance of their deaths for your services, or lack thereof. read more

I am very grateful for the genealogical resources and assistance I received from Delores at Glen Haven. We had little understanding of what happened to ancestors who died in the early 1900s, and all of their graves seemingly disappeared. I got an obscure hint that their bodies may have been moved and reinterred to Glen Haven Memorial Park many decades ago. And when I phoned her out of the blue, instead of brushing off my unusual inquiry, Delores said she'd look into the names I had given her. And she did exactly that! And found very old documents on file that partially explained that dozens of individuals' remains had been moved to a Glen Haven location. And then she followed up with even more information the next day. So nice of her to help solve a long-running family mystery. Thanks so much Delores and Glen Haven for keeping good records and taking time to get back to me and to forward me images of all the information kept on file. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. My husbands family uses this cemetery. First , grandpa died in 2016 and it took over 8 months to get his marker up to include the cemetery breaking it and not contacting us at all. We found out when we went to visit his grave to find no marker. It was like a circus to get them to replace it. Then in 2018 after his mother passed they got her birthday wrong. Now mind you all the papers were filled out and everything for her paid in 2016!! 2 years later it's put up wrong!! Now in 2021 his grandma passed and all they had to do was put up her DOD plaque which is 2 screws. She passed in February and in July it's still not up. My next step will be corporate. Please to anyone who reads this go to another cemetery!! I thank god my family does not deal with this cemetery at all and never will!! They are total crap!! Zero ranking read more

We have had several family members buried at Glen Haven Memorial Park over the years. Our-experience with the staff members has been exceptional. I suppose it's strange being a fan of a cemetery. I have had unfortunate circumstances that required I purchase a spot and headstone for a loved one. They handled everything very compassionately and professionally. No problems at all. read more

The place is poorly maintained. The customer service is nonexistent. We have been trying to get a grave marker for my brother-in-law since May. After several missed/promised delivery dates, they promised that it was gonna be here two weeks ago. When we walked in and ask about it, they say "not on the truck nothing we can do about it" We did find out that they didn't bother ordering it when they were supposed to. It was paid for long ago so that's not an issue. The office staff promises to check on it and call back the same day or early the next day. That was two weeks ago. We leave daily messages but they don't call back. If you have any choice, go somewhere else. read more

I lost my wife on Valentine's Day 2020. I had my Sister and Niece call and check on what was needed for my wife finally resting place. When they called on Saturday, speaking with Dan he stated that he wasn't sure where the bench was placed at on the grounds. I spoke with Jackie on Monday. While speaking it was told to me that the bench was paid off 6 months ago and at this time the bench had not been ordered and it would take 3 months or so to order. I as well went into the office to see the staff in person. When I then stated I would just like a refund and will figure out the best resting place for my wife from there! Today Wednesday, I get a call from Mark. He wanted to talk with me about proofing and waiting to rest my Wife. I told him, that you and your staff have dropped the ball somewhere and I am interested in a full refund. As they keep emphasizing, I paid this off 6 months ago. I was responsible for calling and updating my information since my number changed. That call ended up with Mark hanging up on me! The funny thing is ( Not really funny) that, I received there mailing a few or more months ago, which was my Certificate of Ownership. So they had every option to mail me, if they were trying to reach me or by a family member who placed our family in contact with Glen Haven. None of the above was done! read more

We recently lost a love one and we visited a couple of cemetery's before making a decision. Glen Haven was the first one we visited and was greeted with such care and concern. We talked with them and then left to visit 2 more. We came back to Glen Haven as they showed the most compassion as well as they were able to provide exactly what we needed. Mark Massoni is really one of a kind and has always answered any questions I have had in such a prompt manner. I would recommend Glen Haven to friends and family. read more

I buried my parents at Glen Haven 15 months ago. I live in New York now, my daugther and her family drove me down to Glen burnie so I could visit my mom, dad and grandfathers site. What a dissapointment. I was shocked to see how bad my families site looked. Could not even see my grandfathers memorial plaque because the grass had grown over on it. My parents site was covered with dead grass. Looks like all the grounds keeper does is mow right over everyones plaque. I live 400 miles from Glen Haven. Maryland was my parents home for 55 years till I moved them to New York. They insisted to be back home when the time came. I'm sure my parents would not be very happy with Glen Haven, I know I am not. Someone needs to step up to the plate and have this corrected. read more

Stopped by to look for my husbands great grandparents grave sites that we have never visited. We went to the office in hopes that they could provide directions to locate them. We were greeted by Mark who happily stayed after they were closed and walked us right to their sites. He was very helpful and very kind. read more

March 15, 2015 I am a bit concerned. I live in Idaho, so I am not close by. I sent an email to Glen Haven on March 5th, 2012 inquiring as to the location of My Grandparents and Father. I saved that email but did not save the other two emails. I called today and they cannot find where anyone with our last name was ever buried there. If they do not email me back today I am going to call them tomorrow. I have not been to Glen Haven in many years but wanted to go early this summer. How can they lose them? This has me very upset. My family has used this cemetery since the 1960s. When they were ran locally until 15 years or so ago, they were responsive. After it took over two hours to make arrangements to simply open the already owned plot, I will not be recommending using this cemetery to anyone else. read more

I agree. After you have signed your contract, they can make changes to it and not tell you. Then when you find out, they make you feel like you are the one who is being unreasonable. They returned a couple of my calls at first but I am still waiting for Jonathan Gerr to return my messages for almost 5 years. They have lied to my face on more than one occasion. I do feel comfortable dealing with Delores Emrich, but Mr. Gerr is the area manager, so there is only so much she can do. read more
