I have to tell you what a nice community here. We stayed here for a long period and got to know the neighbors very well. Every park has rif raf but this one is under control from what we have seen. There is security at night that patrols. Front guards/gate are awesome. Office is splendid. Everyone is nice. The manager is a very cool, and a nice lady "Roxy". Maintenance is cool and gets things done. I would recommend this to anyone with a family. Our experience was wonderful. read more

It's an RV park, but we camped! I brought my Girl Scout troop here so we could go Ziplining at Skull Canyon. The space we were given was ample for 3 large tents, 2 vehicles, we brought our firepit and out outdoor kitchen. What I really enjoyed was how CLEAN everything was and how friendly the staff and residents were. We were able to get ice at about 8pm. with no issue. People were very kinds and asked how we were. The bathrooms were clean and nice. There was no trash around the sites. The extra bonus was being so close to the ziplines and Tom's Farm. We painted some rocks and left them behind for others to enjoy. It was a GREAT weekend for my troop, and I would stay there again without hesitation! read more

Use to enjoy coming here in between homes we would buy,restore and sell. Last time we went to make a reservation they said they wouldn't allow our rig because it's pre 2015. We keep our RV in great condition. Repainted, remodeled etc. It's sad that they have crap RV's everywhere and they cut out returning customers who have nice well maintained rigs. This is poor customer service and in an attempt to improve the park they are moving in the wrong direction. Most parks will view pictures and kindly allow nice looking or even vintage RVs that add to their park despite the actual year of the rig. I hope at some point they get it together because the park has good potential. read more

UNSAFE, NEGLIGENT, TARGETED HARASSMENT BY MANAGEMENT Living at Glen Ivy RV Park was frightening, stressful, and unsafe, and management consistently failed to protect residents while actively making life harder for certain people. The park has serious safety hazards, and I was physically injured on the property due to unsafe and poorly maintained conditions. There were no adequate warnings or repairs. After my injury, I sent numerous emails requesting the park's insurance information so I could address medical care. Management refused to provide any insurance information, despite repeated written requests. I later learned that another resident was injured at this park and required surgery, and they were also unable to obtain insurance information, which suggests a troubling pattern. What was even more disturbing was the lack of security and response to serious safety threats. One night, I was terrified to find a man who appeared to be on drugs peeping through windows, including watching a teenager while they were sleeping. This behavior continued throughout the night and across the park. Security and office staff were aware of what was happening, yet no meaningful action was taken to stop it or protect residents. In addition, the handling of resident mail was completely unacceptable. My mail was withheld, mishandled, and interfered with, and I have serious concerns that my mail was opened or inspected by office staff. Important and time-sensitive documents never reached me, causing real harm. I do not trust the office staff to handle residents' mail. Most troubling of all was what I personally experienced as targeted treatment by management. In my experience, the park manager, Roxy, along with office staff and individuals associated with park leadership, appeared to single out residents they did not like and engage in conduct that disrupted their lives rather than resolving issues fairly or professionally. This created an atmosphere of intimidation, retaliation, and instability that no resident should have to live under. When concerns were raised -- about safety, injuries, mail, or security -- management was dismissive and uncooperative instead of taking responsibility. Residents were left feeling unsafe, unheard, and exposed. Between the unsafe conditions, physical injuries, refusal to provide insurance information, alarming mail interference, failure to act when residents were clearly in danger, and what felt like targeted harassment by management, Glen Ivy RV Park has shown a complete lack of care for resident safety and basic rights. I've been on the waiting list for over a year . I understand it's a popular place but the lady who runs the office is so rude . Whenever I call to check the status of my name she says there's no availability and I asked .. do you know if my name moved up .. she says it hasn't right away .. there's no way she can check in 2 seconds . ... then a few times she just hangs up on me when I ask if I can talk to the manger . An arrangement was made for auto pay. So why would we be thinking that payments weren't coming out? Sorry we didn't check our statements.. turns out they changed their software and no one's rent was paid. I went to the front desk and the poor woman who worked there who is probably being screamed at every day had tons of people owing more than $600. She never mentioned late fees associated with all this until we were asked, which made my blood boil. . She blamed the customer because they should've noticed that the payments weren't being made and they emailed us at a Hotmail account that we no longer have and mailed this notices, but we've already moved since we've had this for years.. well I guess they just raked in a whole bunch of late fees from all these people. I bet you some of them didn't even ask and if she tells you she told them that's not true because I had to ask her. Wouldn't be mad I don't know no one wants to be hit with a $600 fee but she didn't seem to be understanding. She just said it's all your own fault. I wouldn't recommend this place. They could just do this again. Who knows? Oh yes, the kicker said that she didn't have to call us to tell us what was going on. Wasn't that her job? Maybe she should look for another job? Actually, we really like this place. We came and spent a couple nights here so that we could go to a late night at the spa which was awesome because they're only half mile away. Yes there's a lot of documentation required. No big deal. Whatever. Laundry close by and yes these spots can be tight. Husband lost power steering while trying to get into our spot. Kind of a drag that there is no general store even though there's a big sign that says general store. So, when your husband's truck loses power steering and you need ice then there's no place to get any. Also no place to go drive to to go grab food because crazy, the pork chops I bought to barbecue were bad. Fortunately I bought extra food. With the exception of the Wi-Fi... Sketchy I would say is good. Not so good. We got occasional reception on local channels. Whatever. We also have a DVD player and found some new movies to watch. Overall, we do like the park. I like the fact that they do check out people And keep people accountable to the rules that they have in the park. Seems pretty clean. Haven't been too concerned about the residents. So, to the owners of this place... ya Need to get some ice and something in the general store. Oh and a shout out to Jessica at the front gate. The staff here are all SO friendly and helpful, and that is why I am getting this place five stars. Seriously, we stayed ten days, and every single staff member, we met was smiling, friendly, and helpful. It's a very quiet park in a beautiful setting in a canyon. Propane fill on site. Store has beer and wine, open 7 days a week. No coffee available so be prepared. Park advertises WiFi although we never were able to connect. A scenic park, hookups worked, staff fine, but boy they need to invest in upkeep. Bathrooms were scary, scraped paint and rust everywhere, half items out of order, one entire bathroom had sign "closed indefinitely". Spa sign said no heat. Basketball court but no net on one hoop and other broken. Dog park filled with weeds and mounds of dirt. General store was open but shelves were practically empty. Sign said "no propane". Just not sure what's going on here, looked like 100-200 long term renters so they must be grossing $100k-200k/month, where's it all going? Looks like mostly long term renters. Oh prices are quite low, but they might want to consider raising it a bit. Honestly I'd come again, but Glen Ivy friends, my advice is to find a couple handy folks and pay them (or give them free rent, quite common) to get things working again and looking inviting :-) read more

Found this park on Passport America. It claimed to be $17.5 for weekdays and $20 for weekend. However they do not disclose on Passport that they charge a $5/day pet fee which is ridiculous. Never in our 2+ years of going around the country have we encountered a pet fee. Also right in front of our site the previous resident I guess had a horse based on the size of the crap sitting on our lawn. So I guess the pet fee doesn't go towards clean up. Also they require more documentation than if you were renting a house. They want insurance on everything (btw Geico doesn't give us insurance cards on our trailer, only cars. So we had to ask for a declaration booklet), records for all your pets (they also don't allow a bunch of breeds), registration on all the vehicles etc. Honestly the most I've been asked for at a park is insurance occasionally. They also were going to do an inspection of our trailer, not sure what that involves as they didn't really do anything, maybe because it's brand new. I can't imagine it's too involved as some of the rigs here looked pretty rough, maybe they grandfather anyone already in the park I dunno. So anyways if you make it through all that someone will come and take you to your site and help you park your rig. We had 2 guys come out and they were both pretty nice. Helped quite a bit to get our trailer in a pretty awkward spot. The sites are what you would expect, small. Seems to be more a trailer park that has a couple spots for traveling rvs. Power was good although 30 amp voltage in rig was good. Water pressure was also good, make sure you have a regulator. One thing I really like is they have one of those glacier water filling station right at the office/store. They also have laundry at each bathroom building and the price is reasonable. The park itself (at least the small area upfront where we stayed) looked nice. Everything was clean and well maintained. Some of the residents looked a bit sketchy but we had no real issues other than some guy next to/behind us. Every night around 10-11pm he would go outside, and from what I could hear, get hammered. He would sit out there burping real loud and occasionally start talk very loudly to himself or to someone else we could not hear. We could also hear other people around our area talking real loud late at night. Other than that it was fine for the 3 nights we stayed. Would we come back? Probably not. We picked this park because of the price mainly and it was near the rv show we wanted to check out. Had we known about the $5/night pet fee we would have probably gone to a closer park that would have been the same price or cheaper. read more

I am new to full time RV living and boy did Glen Ivy RV Park sure make it a bumpy learning experience for my first stay. I was planning on long term when I first moved in but after a couple months I decided it was time to move (which is not cheap when you have to pay someone to move your rig)...here are some experiences I had: - when I first contacted them to move in I made it very clear I work from home and need internet. They said AT&T services the community. They then placed me in a space that DOES NOT GET INTERNET. They knew this but didn't say anything. Of course when the ATT rep came out, cat was out of the bag and they suggested I move to an alternate spot that has internet capabilities (hm, no shit?) They charged me 25 dollars to move my rig across the street to a new location that had internet capabilities. I had to pay double rent for the park and my apartment I was moving from for over a week because of them due to ATT having to schedule another tech to come out. All of this could have been avoided if they listened to me and set me up with the correct spot to begin with...overall they cost me 25 bucks to move, 200 bucks in rent for them and another 400 in rent for my apartment. They should have comped the 225 on their end for their mistake. Also they tell everyone when they apply there is only 1 space left or that they had so many calls about the space you secured. Don't buy it, tons of spaces available. - next is their electricity is shit, they say its 30 amps but it's more like 20. No ones AC is working so all trailers with the air going night and day, youll be experiencing days where your trailer thermometer reads 90 degrees inside...so overall it cuts maybe 10 degrees from the temp outside. - They do not let you know that their "amenities" are all closed down and have been for years! I was told by a person who works there the restaurant has been closed for 5 years and their store for 2. The only thing that is open is one pool. - There are SO many irresponsible pet owners here. BEWARE...me and my dog were attacked by animals on two seperate occasions and we got out of a close call with a third (again, I was only here a couple months!). The first time I reached out to Brigitte and Roxie, neither ever responded to my email about the incident. I did not feel safe walking around the park and at night it is pitch black. Additionally, they increased the rent from 695 to 795 without proper legal notice. When I asked about this the only response I got was that they were unaware of the laws...as someone who is in property management (and is actually knowledgeable and good at their job) I do know... and when I don't know the answer, I let the person know that I will find the answer and get back to them...I don't leave it at I don't know, its your job to find out! Lastly, there is a person who works there named Tina. Now Tina seems to think its okay to scream and yell at residents and is very confrontational. What was she screaming and yelling about? Well glad you asked. I let management know there were at least a couple litters of kittens running around and I also notified animal control. Neither of them were doing anything about it so I would provide the strays food and water. Now if Tina has a problem with that, then maybe do your job and make sure there arent tons of stray animals running around the camp ground! I love how I would be screamed at for feeding stray kittens but no response when adult dogs were chasing me and my elderly 11 year old dog down the street! There are much better places to go than Glen Ivy RV Park. I hope my review helped at least one person and if the Board of Directors would like to switch to an HOA company that actually is professional, responsive and does their job I would be happy to talk. read more

Extremely helpful in the office when I had a last minute, unplanned schedule change. We had to ask to extend our reservation five more days, but our campsite was already assigned to someone else for the upcoming weekend. Nicole and Alicia spent a considerable amount of time working their magic to problem solve for me so that I could stay in the same space. Moreover, they were friendly and we had a funny conversation while they were helping me in the office. Super nice. Also, the winds picked up and my husband was not at the campground, so Nicole and Alicia said I could just call maintenance and they would help me lower the awning. Glen Ivy RV Park - RV Parks Near Me - Corona, California

I stayed here for 3 nights with 4 friends, so we had a group of 5 RVs. We camped here so that we were close to Glen Ivy spa, where we spent one day during our weekend. We were assigned sites on Brown Island, so all our rigs surrounded a grassy area that had moving shade throughout the day. This park is old and there are a lot of long-term residents here, but not on Brown Island. We were escorted to our sites by William, the "concierge", who was very nice and helpful. The office staff is also nice and helpful. The front gate staff, not so much. The park was very quiet. There was security that patrolled and we felt quite safe. We were thrilled to see and hear a couple of owls in the trees above us. There were some amenities (like the pool) that we did not use. This is not really the kind of campground where you bring your family and need to keep your kids busy with activities. But it worked just fine for our purposes. Also, we got discounted rates using our Passport America memberships, so that made it even better. Note that even if you book a specific site number, they may change it and reassign you to a different site. read more

HORRIBLE CAMP GROUND AND MANAGEMENT!!! Jesse is very rude and wouldn't let me talk. Over a year ago I guess there was an incident that we were never aware of and supposedly we got kicked out which we never did we stayed our whole stay with no problems... I wanted more info about the incident and Jesse the manager said it's me the general manager that has banned you all and you're not coming back! We got accused of breaking in the pool but never did that take place. You would think if this happened something would have been recorded or even a incident report done and we would have signed we won't come back in or something but again we never were confronted of problems and we didn't even know we were kicked out till a year later! So unprofessional and glad we can't go back! We weren't going back for pleasure we were just gonna get work done on our motorhome groom a friend that lives there... but it worked out we found better rating camp grounds! read more

If you are exhausted from a long day of shoplifting pseudoephedrine from the local Walmart and you need a place to crash, you've found it. I stayed here out of sheer necessity while my home was being remodeled and the first day we drove up they wanted copies of my registration, insurance and they needed to do an RV "inspection" prior to letting us in for ONE NIGHT! Inspection of my RV? For what? To assure proper ventilation for the rolling meth labs you have inside your park? Sadly we need to stay longer than two weeks and while the staff was pleasant, the parks rules were ridiculous. They have obviously been burned in the past by their tweaker residents and wanted us to complete an entire background package including social security numbers and past check stubs. I opted to spend more money and just stay week to week but that wasn't good enough, after 14 days we were told we would have to leave for a month before we could re-enter the park. Puck too....You cater to "full timers" who have converted their outside awnings into living rooms with actual security screens attached and you're worried I might want to join in on the fun for more than a month? A truly epic level of stupidity displayed by their management. This place only belongs in your rearview mirror. read more

This park is not the fanciest park. It has a lot of older campers here, lots of permanent residents, I think it's only a 30amp park. The lot seems a little cramped. But this is proof that the people working at a site can make or break your experience! As soon as we got here, a very nice lady named Nicole helped us. She was so upbeat and friendly. Then another guy lead us to our spot and helped us back in. We happened to be near the pool, under lots of shade, next to one of the showers and restrooms (which has its own wifi modem!) with no one around us. We discovered that this park has two pools, a general store, playground, and even game room! This "mediocre" park has turned into one of our best experiences just because we were treated so well! Everyone was so friendly and nice - in the most genuine way! We extended two more nights. :) Just like a bad staff can turn an amazing park into a place you don't want to be, a great staff can make you want to stay longer! read more

It's a good, basic clean, well kept park but its not real scenic and the amenities are very basic. There are a lot of permanent residents here. If I could give zero stars, I would. Lured by cheap rates, I stored my trailer there. I prepaid for 4 months. The person helping me told me I would get a bill in the mail reminding me to pay. I never got a bill until it was 2 months overdue. The bill included $20 in late fees. I immediately called to pay and ask if they would waive the late fees since I never got a bill in the mail. Before I could explain, Alicia abruptly told me they would absolutely not waive late fees under any circumstances. I asked for her boss and she told me he would tell me the same thing. I left 3 messages for general manager Jesse to call back and he never did. I removed my trailer and finally got a call back from Jesse. He told me their rates were low so they would not waive anything. I pointed out I had been waiting for a bill in the mail which I had been assured was coming. He told me that bills are a "courtesy", not a promise, and that I should be personally responsible enough to pay my own bills. Everyone in the office was so rude, I refused to deal anymore with any of them. Eventually, someone above Jesse called and offered to settle with me for half of what they said I owed them. The storage lot is dirt and apparently when they weed the lot, they use a leaf blower to clean up. My covered trailer looked like it had been through a dust storm every time I picked it up. Also, the spaces are very tight and hard to get into. Dirty, cheap, dishonest. Not worth it. read more

The front gate people are always friendly and the Rv park manager Jesse has always been professional and has cleaned it up from when we first started living there. They even try to keep people who would mesh in the same areas and we have three great friends because of it. Upon arrival I was a little worried about the location being kinda far away from a lot but in this aspect it turned out fine with freeway access and Tom's farms so close. The staff is awesome and very friendly. Most of the people who are here live here and are mixed in with the people staying short term which although they are friendly the spaces are right on top of each other. Also 2 days after we arrived our rv was full of ants do to trash and etc from neighbors. Showers and restrooms are very nice. We wanted to move into this RV park for a while. The park was full and we were on the waiting list. Now we are in and have plenty of space between our neighbors, and beautiful mountain views. The park is a little run down, and in order to enjoy all the amenities you have to buy shares. We don't have shares, but either way, the price is still lower than many other places around. They are trying to clean up the park. Many residents are not happy with the management trying to clean it up, but it needs to be done. One of the things that I love most about this park is the staff. We had problems installing internet. They do not have underground wires, and ATT is not the easiest company to work with. The office staff. (I have to give a shout out to Nicole) has been extremely helpful with the process. Not only the girls in the office but the maintenance staff is incredible. They have helped us out enormously. We thought we might have to move for a minute, but now that everything is working good, we are staying for a while. read more

I went in august of 2021 the people that work there are friendly for the most part. but the store was shut down i have no idea why i guess due to corona virus so we couldnt get any cold drinks or ice and it was like 98 degrees outside with hardly any shade we were tent camping so it was quite miserable. i liked that there was free showers though. one pool was open and the owners pool thank god for that but the pool was quite dirty. bathrooms had bugs in them. the guy cutting down the trees with the white hair or picking up the shubbery seemed weird. there was a rabid raccoon in the campground. People that stay there for the most part seem quite rude accept for a few nice people. I do love toms farms though near there. anyway i wont be going back. you cant even hike really. no hiking trails. its all private property on the outside. then if you dont have your license and registration id they dont let u take your vehicle in there. dont stay here. i was going to go to the hot springs but they charge too much now. also some of our stuff got stolen out of our tent! trip from hell. read more

Apparently we are not "good enough" to stay in this over packed campground, just because our Sprinter Van conversion doesn't meet with their "inspection" requirements of holding tanks. Hello, it's a van we've converted to camp in while we travel the country. Camping means we use the public restrooms and showers and either cook outside or go for fast food. Never heard of a campground that requires an inspection for a one night stay, and now that we've read other reviews we are SO glad they turned us away. $5 pet fee? Very sketchy place to stay. Mainly people actually live in this park. Very few daily or weekly travelers. This morning we received a mandatory evacuation alert on our phones that flooding was eminent and we should leave the park. We left as soon as possible and later we received a call from the park about our departure. When we explained the situation they were apologetic but did not offer us a refund or free nights to replace the three remaining nights we were planning to stay with them. Just be aware that they are located in a flood zone due to the recent fires. Would never stay there again. read more

When we first moved in here in Nov 2018 I probably would have given them 5 stars. A month later probably 4 stars. Moving out was the worst experience ever. The reason we decided to stay here was because it was the only place we could find that you could stay long term in the "Riverside" area. You pay good money to be the in my opinion. $695 to live in my own RV is crazy. Especially when only one shower in a few of the women bathrooms work, not all dryers actually dry and I told maintenance about it, roads are really needed up, basketball/ handball court is hard up, no basketball nets, the list goes on. But I overlooked all of that because for the most part the staff is friendly and I felt relatively safe. In January I informed them that we would be moving in February, but didn't have the exact date. Nicole said she'd notate my account and when I had a date to let them know. I asked if I should pay the whole month's rent or maybe just half since we'd be moving. She told me to pay the whole thing and they'd prorate it upon move out. So that's what I did. About a week after I paid the rent I went in and told them I'd be moving out on a Saturday, the 16th. Nicole told me to go in the office that Saturday upon move out and let them know I was "checking out" and they would close my account and give me my money. I asked if the office was open on Saturday for that kind of thing and she said yes. So that's what we did. At that point we were told that the 2 ladies ( very sweet, wish I had their names. Over younger blonde and one older lady ) working in there were not managers and did not have access to giving it refunds. They said you are supposed to get your rent prorated at the beginning of the month. I told them what happened and they were very apologetic and told me to call in the following Monday when the manager was in. They said they seen the notes from January of our intent to move, but someone had written that I had been in the office that Friday before, the 15th, and that i was aware that we would not get prorated rent. That never happened, I never went in that office the Friday before. Since we were moving out of state I did not get a chance to call Monday, but I called Tuesday the 19th and spoke with the manager Alyssa. After repeating this while scenario with her she basically tells me I'm out of luck. I told her that I would have never paid the full rent knowing I would be there. I was counting on that money for food and gas on the trip. I told her that she should go back and look at the security tapes because I never walked in that office on Friday. She said she would look into it and give me a call back later that day or the next day at the latest. Well it's been 2 weeks and I never heard from them. They scammed me out of a few hundred dollars that was supposed to feed my kids. I would never stay here again, not even for a night. They charge top dollar but don't fix anything. Everyone in the seems to smoke pot and you can't walk outside your RV without getting blasted with it and cigarette smoke. read more
