I gave her these inspiration photos and it came out nothing like I wanted. I'm a bit upset because she said the $50 deposit for the appointment to be booked would go into my total but she still charged me 250 (paid 300 total) and my hair is TWO different colors (I wanted blonde highlights at the tips but it came out two different shades of red/dark orange. I just want to warn anyone else because I had no idea from the good reviews! Please be aware!! Response to Reply: She told me about my hair not lifting to blonde after she already bleached my whole hair. I believe there should've been a patch test before going through with the style. After my hair didn't lift she tried bleaching again with still not the right result. She never told me to come back for another session to get my final result but said to come back if the copper fades after a while. The reason I left saying it looked nice is because it was styled and harder to see (because it was curled) and only found out when I went out to dinner that night and someone pointed out the difference in color. She also had company over during purchase which made it intimidating to say anything about not getting what I wanted because I was alone. After this review was posted she responded to my message of giving back my 50 dollar deposit but says she will not refund me (not even partial for not liking the style she did on my hair) and will only do another appointment. In the end, my hair costed $250 for a style that is not what I wanted. I did have red hair before but have not had it redone for a long time (so it was fading). Update: Never got my appointment reservation money back.

She ruined one of my shirts with bleach and although it was an expensive shirt, that's not the worst part. She took zero accountability and didn't seem the slightest concerned. She literally said, "oh sorry" and that was it. There was no offer to replace it, no offer to give a discount and certainly no genuine remorse. She charged a lot for her services and she added Olaplex without asking me and then I just saw it on my bill. I don't like it when stylists or any business, for that matter, just add services or items without asking. It's kind of like assuming you don't want your change back - even if you were going to tip them anyway, you don't want them assuming and just taking the change! It's just bad manners. I think Jamie is a sweet girl with potential, but she has to realize that customer service goes a long way. Making money is great, but you need to value your customers or they just won't come back.
