Sharp needed a second opinion and sent out A+ Appliances. A+ Appliances claimed it was working fine. Not the case. Top rack dishes do not get washed, bottom has a detergent film. They ran part of a cycle with no dishes and said it was getting water (not the problem but they claimed that because of this, they found it in perfect working condition.) They have promised they'd send another tech out and they are not answering my calls and no one has come out. They were also supposed to submit pictures to Sharp and have not. Do not call these guys and if they are sent out by an appliance company for a warranty check, ask for someone else. Its been over a week and no response or next steps.

He had a snake with a bristle brush and cleared out the duct from both sides. We realized my prior technician hadnt reset my laundry accordion doors properly, and the prior tech had forgotten to turn the gas back on. Ray ran multiple cycles and diagnosed a faulty ignition- sometimes on/off. After it was all done, he cleaned up and attached my door back in place. He was patient and thorough, we ran a small load if wet laundry while resetting everything and cleaning. Once he confirmed it all worked reliably, he was done. Over ten years ago, we purchased a Wolf stove, SubZero refrigerator and a Bosch dishwasher from MD Appliances and we never regretted it one bit. I still remember the installer, Jay, who did excellent work. We were greeted by the owner, Dan, and we informed him what we needed and he showed us the latest LG products in the showroom. It was an easy decision for us to make the purchase there. We placed our order and waited for delivery. I spoke to Dan when he gave me a delivery date which was today. He said his installers Guillermo and Arnold, would call a day prior with the delivery time, which they did and call 30 minutes before the delivery, which they did. Guillermo actually called earlier than expected due to a cancellation so we were able to get our appliances 4 hours early. Dan also said the installers were very good and that I should have no concerns. Well, he was wrong, Guillermo and Arnold were EXCELLENT!!! They were punctual, professional, friendly, helpful and extremely efficient. I fretted about how they would get our two old appliances out and the new appliances in our small washroom with a narrow doorway and up a small porch. Our home is over 100 years old so entrances are smaller than today's standards. Well after I showed Guillermo where the appliances were to be installed, he said it would be no problem. And it wasn't!!! They arrived at 9:30, completed their work, cleaned up and drove off at 10:30. I was truly amazed and impressed. I called Dan immediately to express my admiration and appreciation for these two polite and thoughtful men. Our experience with MD Appliances was a complete success and we are so pleased with our new washer and dryer. Kudos to Guillermo and Arnold for their pride in great customer service.

They didn't show up to deliver then scheduled the next delivery for 2 days later when I wasn't available. All phone calls are routed to the Philippines and no one was able to help me. I cancelled that order and went to MD Appliances. I went in feeling so angry and frustrated with this situation and was treated with such kindness, I left feeling so much better and I also left with a new washer/dryer! They were even able to arrange same day delivery because I live so close. Their prices are the same as the LG site. The store is very clean and welcoming. Definitely a high end appliance store but with reasonable prices. The delivery guys are GREAT too! Super professional, knowledgeable, and fast. My only regret with this whole experience is not looking to buy locally first.
