I went in feeling so angry and frustrated with this situation and was treated with such kindness, I left feeling so much better and I also left with a new washer/dryer! They were even able to arrange same day delivery because I live so close. Their prices are the same as the LG site. The store is very clean and welcoming. Definitely a high end appliance store but with reasonable prices. The delivery guys are GREAT too! Super professional, knowledgeable, and fast.
