OK to start off with I haven't come here for years. The employees are great. The manager is amazing. We had an issue a couple months ago, but it was resolved extremely professional by the manager, but once again I'm leaving this review because the same exact employee that every single person is talking about when they leave a negative review karana the old, angry lady, and she it's always in a bad mood. Yesterday I purchased an IBuyPower Gaming PC from their establishment yesterday (11/25/22) and within 24 hours it crashed. Spent $1000. On my lunch break around 5:45 (11/26/22) He said I had 15 minutes to get there or I would be stuck with the broken and unusable machine. Also, there was still a profile from the previous owner on it and it was supposed to be wiped. When I tried to follow the troubleshooting steps that's when I found the account on the computer because it required a passcode from the account to completely reset the computer. What should have tipped me off that the computer was not fully reset was the fact that when I activated the computer it opened under an "Admin" profile already with no data on it. He says to come in at the opening tomorrow (11/27/22) to see if we can work the problem out. read more

Walked into Glendale Pawn and was greeted by Stan. Showed him my bracelet and he immediately helped me. Have been backed several times and feel we cloned every single time I walk in.
