It has now been over 90 minutes with poor communication and very little urgency from the staff. Customer service was frustrating, and no one seemed to care that people waiting for medications may actually be sick and uncomfortable. If you are really ill, this pharmacy will make the experience even worse. Honestly, I would recommend going to Walgreens or using Amazon Pharmacy instead if you want reliable service and less stress.

The funny ass thing is there is a sign that states "Open Tuesdays and Thursdays" and "if you need service call the office number"...bro - review 1) and 2)... USC Verdugo Pharmacy is a shitshow...and they couldn't even prescribe themselves the right meds to fix their own problem...cause the pick up window is Tuesdays only before 3pm... This place, like us all, is dying slow with or without meds.
