I came here with my parents on 01/31/2026 with a cashier's check to purchase a 2026 Chevrolet Equinox EV (I believe LT, FWD). It all began when I searched for the lowest prices of the vehicle and saw that this dealer had them. About a few weeks before, my parents already came here to negotiate the price beforehand. A week before, we also went to Chevrolet of Puente Hills to test drive the car (do not remember if it was LT or RS). Julian, who originally worked with my parents, was not here that day, so we worked with Stefan (not sure if his name is spelled correctly). A few days before, I spoke to Julian on the phone to ask him what to put down on the "pay to the order of" line when getting the cashier's check, and he was kind and respectable. Stefan did a great job going through the whole process of purchasing the vehicle and explaining everything about it as well as signing up for a 3-month free trial of OnStar. He was very patient and nice and a pleasure to work with. Never have I ever felt like he tried to make us hurry up with anything we were trying to do. He even waited for my mom to add her car to her insurance policy when she called her insurance company, even though he just needed her insurance info since my parents did not bring their insurance card. My mom misunderstood what he needed, but she was able to take care of something that she needed to do anyway. The other staff including a manager and a financial team member (sorry, forgot or didn't get their names) were also nice and a pleasure to work with. If you are in the area, I would recommend coming here to purchase a 2026 Chevrolet Equinox EV since they have the best prices and an awesome staff. read more

Contacting the service department or receptionist at this location is terrible. Jessica in reception, Nayelli (assuming this is her real name - supervisor) and Naomi both in service call center are all rude and condescending. Instead of trying to use their listening skills if any are quick to interrupt and attempt to get you off the phone. Speaking to these 3 individuals should definitely play a role in choosing my next vehicle from this location. I had a very bad experience. Last year, I bought my first car from this dealership, and since I didn't have enough knowledge, they took advantage of that. They sold me the car with a high interest rate (around 10.5%) and pushed a $5,000 extended warranty on me, even though the vehicle already had a factory warranty up to 60,000 miles. When I later realized I had been misled and called to cancel the warranty, they told me the cost had been counted from day one and it could not be canceled. This clearly shows the warranty was sold only for their own benefit. Be very careful with this dealership and make sure to do your own research before buying anything. read more

I had a great experience with Ruben. We purchased a new car from him and he was very professional. He charged a fair price and every interaction with him was positive. I also worked with his manager, John, who was also professional, well dressed and courteous. My one piece of advice would be to try to expedite the paperwork process but overall it was great. I do want to state that Ruben went above and beyond to save the deal. I told them not to do any repairs and I would come pick it up. Turns out the only thing wrong with it was a $20 battery cable. They tried to charge me $2000 for repairs that I didn't need. After I got my vehicle back I noticed that they had driven my vehicle over 530 miles without my knowledge or consent.This is unacceptable, somebody was using my vehicle to commute to work. This dealership is terrible !!! I REPEAT TERRIBLE GM Financial sent me a coupon specifically for my truck. That the coupon had the last 8 of my vin # on it. It was for 89.99 for an oil change up to 6 quarts of oil and anything extra is more. Prior to me going to this location I called and asked May I redeem this coupon at this Glendora location even though the coupon has the original location I purchased the truck from and the front desk mentioned yes. Upon picking up my vehicle after it's received an oil change. I presented the coupon to Shane and immediately said "oh no we can't take this." I said yes you can I called and spoke to a lady and she said yes. Shane then proceeded to ready the coupon and mention " look I'll honor the coupon but I must charger you for 2 extra quarts of oil, since your truck takes 8." Right away I was like ok fine whatever because I was standing there for approximately 20 mins before he said yes to honoring the coupon. Long story short he charged me to the extra $8 for each quart so total $16. I left and that following night I decided to review my documents and realized on the paperwork it states my truck took 6 quarts of oil during my visit to the dealership for an oil change. The next morning I called and spoke to John the Service Manager and he agreed with me that I was overcharged and Shane was wrong for doing so. He apologized and said he would correct the issue. I didn't want to be annoying so I waited and waited until realized it's been a week and nothing has been done. This is by far the worse location. I had to call 6 days straight before I go ahold of John & he agreed to issue me a refund. So Shane overcharged me and this money he took from me didn't even go to the dealership it was pocketed. read more

If you're looking for a bad experience, I definitely recommend coming to Glendora Chevrolet and speaking with the sales manager. He never introduced himself and immediately stated that "the price is the price," insisting that the GPS system was mandatory and could not be removed. They also do not disclose upfront the GPS system is added to the vehicle price--you only find out once you're there. When I questioned the value of the product, his response was essentially that if I didn't see the value, someone else would. The interaction felt dismissive, unprofessional, and showed no willingness to work with the customer. I recently purchased a GMC Yukon from a dealership in Pasadena. I was going to drive it last week when I noticed that I was having issues with the brakes. Rather than trying to drive it back to Pasadena I made an appointment and brought it here. I showed up to my appointment and while waiting in line an older lady cut around us and cut the line. The employee saw it and signaled to us that he saw what she did and would make sure that we would get help first. When it was my turn Payton Brown was the technician that was helping me. He listened to be explain the issue while he took notes and jotted down a couple of things. He explained that with brakes he would like to hold the car over night so he can make sure to dot his i's and cross his t's. I called later to check on the issue and Payton explained everything they had worked on. I showed up the next day and Payton explained the issue and the other recall issues that they resolved. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the friendliness, professionalism, and service that I received. When I got to the service desk I was told they might not be able to help me because they do not have enough staff or skilled techs to work on the issue on the weekends. After waiting an hour, I was called and told the issue was not resolved and I should consider bringing in my car during the week. I asked for the day off and booked the next weekday appt available. I left my car at 7am and was told they would assess the issue and let me know asap when I can expect my vehicle to be ready. After waiting more than five hours, I decided to call the dealer myself and ask for an update. I was told I would be getting a call back as soon as they spoke with the tech who was working on the problem. Two hours later, I still had not heard back, I called once again and was told I would receive a phone call back in 15 to 20 minutes. Another hour and a half goes by and I am no longer able to reach anyone in the office. Since the office is now closed, there is no one to speak with. I am beyond disappointed and will no longer be doing business with Glendora Chevrolet. The LEAST they could've done is given me a loner. read more
