    Bro parked over 30 minutes with my truck to eat waisted over 100 miles

    Anyone saying the service here full of it I dropped my truck off and they took about two weeks with it not even working on it saying to me they need more time yet they have there guy joyriding my truck to go eat and go home told me they would put diesel in my truck for what they are going to waist and never did what they said took 50 dollars off my bill put put a good scratch on top of of my hood of my truck. They didn't reconnect my A/C correctly after giving me back my truck so now I have to go back again

    Just leased a 2025 equinox ev and am super pleased with the deal. Hubby and I tried another dealer first but couldn't come to an agreement on the price. Came here right after and Kobe was super friendly and helpful. They didn't have the particular model and color we wanted in stock, but he assured us he would call us as soon as it arrived. Well he kept true to his word and we returned. We didn't make the deal the same day because again we couldn't come to an agreement on the price. But the following day we received another call, worked w Kobe and his boss Lorenzo and came to an agreement. Isela the finance manager was a breeze and Joy and we left very happy!

    I recently purchased a 2026 Trail Boss from this dealership and used outside financing, which went completely smooth from start to finish. I've been loving my truck so far, and the overall buying experience has continued to impress me even after the sale. About a month after my purchase, I received a package in the mail a box of freshly baked goods from the dealership. I wanted to highlight this because it's the exact type of small gesture that makes a customer feel appreciated and valued. It's not about the dollar amount; it's the thought, effort, and personal touch behind it. That kind of follow-through really sets a business apart, and it shows they care about building long-term relationships, not just making a sale.

    Not to mention, they wanted to charge 1.5 hours to do actuators on each door so 1.5 hours each door..............

    Once again chasing people around to get a refund and this general manager IS NEVER THIER! Or the receptionist is lying whatever the case is horrible customer service it's now Friday. I called Monday I can't get a simple call back I left 2 alternate phone numbers and yet I've received 0 calls to either numbers.

    AMAZING!!! Drove down the hill from Hesperia to Glendora due to Lorenzo and he was AMAZING. He introduced us to Kobe who was very sweet and helpful. It was well worth the drive. Lorenzo and Kobe made my time worthwhile like he promised. Victorville was such a bad experience so if you're up the hill, definitely drive down to Glendora instead.

    We had the BEST experience working with Lorenzo and Julian!!! My husband surprised me with a 2025 Chevrolet Traverse, and both Lorenzo and Julian made the process so easy and got us exactly what we wanted!! Both were so professional and helpful and we couldn't recommend them and Glendora Chevrolet more!! After my husband and kids surprised me with the car, Julian was available right away that day to go over all the fun and new things with me that the car had to offer!! I chose this…read morecompany based on location and called ahead to confirm they could do more than just read basic codes. I had already done my own diagnostics and knew the car was running rich. I had ruled out the upstream O2 sensor, catalytic converter (both new), MAP sensor, and fuel injectors. I explained all of this to Matt before bringing the car in. He assured me they could perform deeper diagnostics with their equipment. After dropping off the car, Matt called and told me they had "confirmed" exactly what I had already told them, and that the next step would be pulling spark plugs--for an additional fee. At that point, I decided to go elsewhere. What I don't understand is why I was still charged the full $85 diagnostic fee, plus a $4 hazardous materials fee and $3 shop supply fee. Plugging a car into a diagnostic scanner does not generate any hazardous waste--no fluids are drained, no chemicals are used, and no parts are replaced. There's nothing about a basic scan that would justify a hazardous materials charge. That kind of fee typically applies when disposing of things like oil, coolant, or other regulated waste, none of which occurred here. In the end, I paid $92, wasted time and gas, and learned nothing new. The most concerning part was Matt admitting he didn't even know spark plugs would need to be checked as part of further diagnosis.

    Our family's Ford Explorer required a water pump replacement…read more I visited several local auto shops to obtain quotes and was shocked, disappointed, and discouraged at the prices I was being quoted for the work my vehicle required ($5,000-$7,500) Shame on me for not reading Yelp reviews before wasting my time visiting other auto shops. I read the many positive reviews for Hye-Tech Auto Repair and decided to visit them. Upon entering, I was greeted by John (owner) with a friendly, "Welcome, how may I help you?" I explained that my Ford Explorer needed a new water pump and a few other items that other auto shops had advised me would require repair or replacement. While John looked up a few items on the computer to provide me with a quote, he introduced me to his son, Harry, who happened to be in the office. Thirty seconds later, John provided a quote that was $3,500-$4,000 less than the other shops. I could not believe it. John explained that he makes his living and succeeds in his business through repeat customers, and he does not believe in gouging customers for every last penny. He also shared that when he retires, his son Harry will take over the business, and he wants to leave Harry with a solid foundation of loyal repeat customers. It was then that I knew I could trust John and his son Harry. John went on to explain that replacing the water pump on a Ford Explorer was a 10-12 hour job, as it was an internal pump requiring numerous engine parts to be removed to reach it. This was the same thing all the other shops advised me. John suggested that I leave my vehicle, and he would perform a full inspection of the engine and contact me before doing anything to it. I agreed and left my vehicle. The following day, I was contacted by John, who advised me that the water pump did indeed need to be replaced, as it was the source of the constant leaks of the water coolant. I left my vehicle in John's shop for three days. During this time, John or his son, Harry, contacted me numerous times to keep me updated on the progress of my vehicle and also to point out that mechanics had discovered two or three very inexpensive items (under $50.00) which they recommended replacing, which I agreed to have done. All in all, I was and am extremely impressed and satisfied with everything about this shop. I spent much less money to have five different issues repaired on my vehicle at Hye-Tech than what I was quoted to replace my water pump alone by every single shop I visited prior to coming to Hye-Tech. John and Harry are very friendly, honest, and trustworthy. They are also very knowledgeable and experienced, and they offer GREAT customer service and communication. It's nice to see you can get quotes at the touch of a button on your phone. This morning, I had time off, so I headed in to get my service done. I did not have an appointment and that did not seem to matter. I arrived first thing in the morning at 8 AM and ask if the service could be done. Harry was an exceptional young man, he took me in with no problems, no questions. He said they could do it this morning. I told him I would have to wait. He had no problem with that either. Prior to bring in the car in this morning, as I said, I used a yelp project and had several people reach out and give me quotes. After looking at all the yelp reviews I decided to give this place a try. I am super happy that I did. This place is a hidden gem, excellence, service, quality, and value for what you receive. There are not very many shops where you could feel comfortable and put your trust in them. As I spent time in the lobby, I was able to see customer service on the phone and customer service entering the facility. Every customer that walked in, seem satisfied and was treated with dignity and respect. I highly recommend this place if you have any automotive questions whatsoever.

He did give me an idea of what the cost would be but stated that the dealerships recommendation to have the bushing replaced was not yet needed. He also told me what to look for or hear that would be signs of when it would need to be repaired. This saved my $1500 for the time being. There was an oil leak coming from the oil filter area. The mechanic at USA Auto Service told me that the previous shop I used likely changed only the oil without replacing the filter. If a filter is reused without being replaced, it may not function properly and can cause leaks. The filter was very dirty. Please check the photo. Normally, you trust a shop and leave your car with them. But I was completely scammed. I'm planning to take my wife's car there for an inspection soon as well. Previously, my wife had an oil change at a dealer shop in West Covina, and after just one month, the oil started leaking. They kept contacting us to sell the car. Honestly, it's hard to find a trustworthy repair shop. It feels like many shops only see customers as money. Personally, I highly recommend USA Auto Service. At USA Auto Service, I was able to stand next to the car and check everything myself, and they explained everything in detail. Their prices are lower compared to other places, and they still use good-quality parts. It's been a long time since I found such an honest repair shop, and I was able to receive service without any worries.
