It all began when I searched for the lowest prices of the vehicle and saw that this dealer had them. About a few weeks before, my parents already came here to negotiate the price beforehand. A week before, we also went to Chevrolet of Puente Hills to test drive the car (do not remember if it was LT or RS). Julian, who originally worked with my parents, was not here that day, so we worked with Stefan (not sure if his name is spelled correctly). A few days before, I spoke to Julian on the phone to ask him what to put down on the "pay to the order of" line when getting the cashier's check, and he was kind and respectable. Stefan did a great job going through the whole process of purchasing the vehicle and explaining everything about it as well as signing up for a 3-month free trial of OnStar. He was very patient and nice and a pleasure to work with. Never have I ever felt like he tried to make us hurry up with anything we were trying to do. He even waited for my mom to add her car to her insurance policy when she called her insurance company, even though he just needed her insurance info since my parents did not bring their insurance card. My mom misunderstood what he needed, but she was able to take care of something that she needed to do anyway. The other staff including a manager and a financial team member (sorry, forgot or didn't get their names) were also nice and a pleasure to work with. If you are in the area, I would recommend coming here to purchase a 2026 Chevrolet Equinox EV since they have the best prices and an awesome staff.

Kyle addressed all my issues and all my concerns regarding my 2021 bronco sport. I think the big Takeaway was the time Kyle spent with me, he was very patient and thorough. The sense that I trust him and I knew I was in good hands. A day later today Kyle called me and saying that your car is ready for pick up and I said well I'm at home. I don't have a car. He said I'll send you an Uber. Sure enough an Uber arrive four minutes later. I am just so impressed by the service I received at Colley Ford with Kyle.     Just what as expected for an appointment visit, great job! Wait time was below the estimated time…read moreto complete and Service Advisor, Ernie, took care of my appointment and any related issues were corrected. Customer wait area is sufficient and cool with restrooms nearby, comfortable seats, coffee and water available for free and a tv playing the news channel. Additional seating outside as well, which is shady in the morning and mostly sunny the rest of the day. Additionally, I was greeted by a staff member who greeted me and asked me to wait for my advisor. It's a nice gesture to be greeted and part of what made my visit feel welcoming. All in all this visit was easy and better than expected due to the nice customer service received by all staff members, even Gary, the Service Manager, came out to talk to me a little. Thank you, Colley Ford. I like the service group team efforts and I will definitely be back for next service appointments.

But here we must have test drove about 6 different cars, and looked inside about the same and our sales rep Miriam was truly the best, she is so kind and patient and professional. Her attitude always stayed positive and we asked questions she would get the answers. Now along with her we had Javier and Oscar this outstanding team got us an amazing deals, something I thought wasn't even possible, but they did and we are so grateful.     I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership's service department…read more I brought my vehicle in for an oil change expecting it to be properly serviced and safe to drive. My vehicle alerted me to an oil issue through the Hyundai app, and I noticed a burning smell along with the dashboard alert. This was incredibly alarming because driving a vehicle without sufficient engine oil can lead to catastrophic engine damage and create a serious safety hazard if the engine loses power while driving. No customer should have to worry that their vehicle may have been placed at risk after a routine service appointment. Especially when their occupation is driving small children. To make matters worse, I have called the service department multiple times and have been unable to reach the service manager or receive a return call. The lack of communication and urgency regarding such a serious concern has been just as frustrating as the issue itself. I trusted this dealership to properly maintain my vehicle, and instead I have been left with a car I do not feel safe driving and no answers. I hope management takes this matter seriously, thoroughly investigates what happened, and treats future customers with the level of care and accountability they deserve.
