I would highly recommend taking your car else where. I was contacted by Chevrolet regarding a recall on my engine, of course I booked the soonest appt I could get which was a Saturday at 7am. When I got to the service desk I was told they might not be able to help me because they do not have enough staff or skilled techs to work on the issue on the weekends. After waiting an hour, I was called and told the issue was not resolved and I should consider bringing in my car during the week. I asked for the day off and booked the next weekday appt available. I left my car at 7am and was told they would assess the issue and let me know asap when I can expect my vehicle to be ready. After waiting more than five hours, I decided to call the dealer myself and ask for an update. I was told I would be getting a call back as soon as they spoke with the tech who was working on the problem. Two hours later, I still had not heard back, I called once again and was told I would receive a phone call back in 15 to 20 minutes. Another hour and a half goes by and I am no longer able to reach anyone in the office. Since the office is now closed, there is no one to speak with. I am beyond disappointed and will no longer be doing business with Glendora Chevrolet. The LEAST they could've done is given me a loner. read more

I called the dealer the next day and inquired about the price because I figured it was just meant to get customers in the door. I was pleasantly surprised when the internet sales manager gave me a breakdown of the current incentives that were used to set the price I saw online. I didn't have a trade in so there was only one of them I didn't qualify for. So I scheduled a test drive during my lunch break. Loved the truck and sat down to "run numbers." Great car by the way in the mid 20's. Kobe was truly awesome as was the sales manager, Edmond Kakish. These 2 gentlemen were no nonsense, all common sense. Beware of the service department!!!! They damaged my brand new Suburban!!!!!! When I purchased the Suburban, we noticed scratches in the side interior panel and there was a small tear on the center console. We made the decision to continue with the purchase as we were promised they would be replaced. We took it in a few weeks after purchase to have the items replaced and it's the biggest mistake we could have made! Not only did it take them 2 weeks to complete the replacements, but they scratched/damaged our tint, our side door and bumper to name a few. We are very disappointed. Now our brand new Suburban is in a body shop because of their careless techs who work in their service department. Such a shame to have a brand new $85k Suburban damaged by a dealerships service department that we trusted. And to top it off we have the option to use our own body shop to fix their damages, but they gave us the run around that if it goes over their limit they will not cover it. I initially had a good experience with Abe, Albert and Leslie - They were all great. I bought a used car there at around 7 pm, then the next morning I noticed that the rear passenger window did not work. I called Albert and he assured me they would fix the window if I brought it in the next week. Albert wanted to help me out, but this very rude guy named NOEL NIETO came in the picture - He was very rude, and condescending and sounded very happy to tell me that they would NOT fix my window without charging me $220 an hour to look at the window--the car I had just bought not even 24 hours ago -_- After a few calls, he told me he would bring it down to $110/hour, but it might take several hours to fix. This was unacceptable and seemed like a sleazy way to squeeze more money out of me. This was a complete and total 360 from the experience I had the day before, and what they had said they would do to fix my window. I felt completely blindsided by the switch-up. I was extremely disappointed with the outcome. NOEL NIETO is the quintessential sleazy car salesman and he completely ruined the experience that Albert, Abe, and Leslie had provided me at this dealership. I had the worst experience possible, and it was so bad that there is no way I could return. Initially I needed to get 4 new tires - I went on the Chevrolet website And scheduled an appointment as well as "ordered" the tires I want For June 5th- I arrive promptly at 10am for my appointment and expected a smooth transaction. I'm greeted by service advisor Rolando and he is getting ready to take my car in for tires, videoing the car, checking in and things like that. I'm already very nervous and skeptical about the whole situation because this is the first time of getting new tires on my brand new car that I purchased in 2022 and barely put any miles on, I treat my Camaro like a baby. upon dropping my car off I am told that it should only be a few hours. next thing you know I did not hear any response for the entire day. I give a call around 1pm and I am told that my advisor is busy and I will receive a call back. fast forward to 5:00 p.m. that day I had not heard anything since I already initially tried to reach out earlier. someone answers my call and tells me that my service advisor has already left and he is gone for the day. at this point I'm told my car is staying overnight and I'm pretty LIVID because I was not told exactly that 100% my car would stay that night, which would be fine if there was just any type of communication or transparency. fast forward to the day after, June 6th in the morning. after not hearing anything since dropping my car off the first time I am least expecting an update now in the morning. still nothing. I was pretty patient and waited till about 11:00 a.m. to give a call. once 11:00 a.m. came, I still haven't received any type of phone call in more than 24 hours or even any type of update, so I decided to go ahead and give them a call again. once I give them a call I'm told that my advisor is on lunch. at this point I don't even know what to do, I feel like I have heard every excuse on why no one is giving me an update on my car, except no ACTUAL update on my car. at this point I am totally done with this dealer and I already know that I would never be returning. I finally pick up my car and I noticed there's damage to both of my rear rims that occurred during the tire change process. The dealer did not mention anything about it and tried to be slick not expecting me not to notice it. I bring it in the following week to get the wheels done, which was yesterday, June 12th 2025, and I am totally not satisfied at all. I went from having brand new rims, to now rims that have paint that don't even match the actual paint that was how my car came. After purchasing my vehicle and being harassed daily to complete surveys and complete the onstar registration so he can earn his "dumb points" (his words). I kept my word and completed both. He promised a proper delivery and full tank of gas WHENEVER I had the chance to return (purchased my vehicle one evening and was totally rushed out. I had to ask for a spare key and copy of the owner's manual for my new vehicle before driving off). Came back for an oil change and he said he couldn't hold up his offer anymore. Was there a time limit (again I was not aware of)? Next time don't open your mouth and make promises you can't keep. I work with people as well. You never over yap and make promises u can't keep. PERIOD. Or better yet don't text it and create a paper trail for yourself. An annual customer service course may help you improve on your customer service skills. You're just a number here and will be treated that way . What happened to the customer always being right or customer satisfaction? Empathy? I recently brought my car, a 2017 Chevrolet Bolt, to your dealership in Glendora. I indicated to the service rep, Omar Solis, that the likely issue was my 12V battery. He stated that the initial check was $200 but that it would be deducted from the actual repair if I approved it. The price of the battery was $290, which I ok'd. But when I picked up my car and paid, my total was $521. The $200 was not deducted, as promised. When I called, the lady in the service department stated that the $200 now was a labor charge for putting in the battery. That is pricy for something that probably takes a qualified technician less than 10 minutes to do. This is the reason why I and many other customers avoid bringing their cars to dealerships for service. I could have gone to a number of independent places and get charged half what the dealership charges.. AAA only charges about $180 for a new battery installed, but unfortunately they don't carry batteries for full electrics or hybrids. I urge you to rethink your deceptive pricing policies and keep your promises to your customers. I will never come back, you may keep my $200 but you have lost a customer. read more

Wasn't able to diagnose the problem with my vehicle and wanted to charge $1200 for two parts(that cost less than $200, combined, at auto zone etc) and labor that would take no more than 2 hrs to install. I watched multiple YouTube videos on installing them and every single one mentioned that it was an easy and quick task with the videos being less than 30 mins each. Why even try to scam someone if you're not even sure if it'll solve the issue?! Unless you're paying your mechanic hundreds of dollars an hour , I don't see how this is ethical. Overall I had a good experience here. Albert was fantastic to work with. I appreciate his knowledge and thoroughness. He was responsive over the phone and text messages. I truly felt like he wanted to make sure I would be happy with the car I chose and that he went above and beyond for me. The dealership was clean and well kept. They had the car we were looking for and in the package we wanted. The only downside was the price negotiations with leadership. As with many dealers, this one was out to nickel and dime us and it was horrific dealing with leadership. It took hours and several times of me almost walking out for them to get to the price we needed. Got pressured into purchasing a car I can't afford. Went in by myself, which I'll admit was my first mistake. But I've test driven cars here before and was not pressured so hard to purchase in the past. Stryker, was the one who helped me first. He's very green and inexperienced but nice. Edward and Edmond are the ones that would not let me leave. Kept telling them that this was not in my budget that I needed to discuss this with my husband. Now I'll admit it was ultimately my choice to purchase the car. But what one of the Ed's said was the nail in the coffin for my marriage. He said, " We both know who makes the decisions in the house," and the combination of being there for two hours trying to leave, asking for my keys back twice ( they took them to appraise my original car because I wanted to trade in and it hadn't been appraised yet), to being mad that I wasn't able to get out to LA when I wanted to (Uber driver), to my husband not picking up his phone. I just broke down, they broke me down. So now my husband is on the verge of signing divorce papers because of the financial burden I've put us in. And I don't even like the car. First day driving it, back camera wouldn't work. "Perks that come with the car" (AVAS) don't matter to insurance companies (AAA pretty much laughed in my face about it), which they'll pitch as a huge selling point. Financing was fine, and nice. But all in all, I regret ever walking in here and I'll never be going back. Last Chevy I purchase for the rest of my life. Edit: Went in two days after purchasing to charge my car because they do offer that, and I need to save anywhere I can because again can't afford this car. Edmond did apologize for "breaking up my family", he said that's not what they do and that he didn't know that I asked for my keys back. But he did know that I wanted to talk to my husband. Everyone involved knew I didn't want to purchase and that I needed to speak with my husband. He also tried to get me to turn in this car, which apparently is selling like hot cakes, and purchase another car. Why would I purchase a car AGAIN without my husband. I get that you're trying to help but no, that does not help at all. Then no one really knows anything about the charging of the vehicle. They say they do their research but really they are just blowing smoke. Even throughout the whole sales pitch everyone kept telling me that they knew virtually nothing about the vehicle. You'll find more adequate info on Google than with these guys. Been contacting 988 for suicidal prevention because after this purchase and the destruction of my marriage my mental health has taken a serious toll. Probably going to lose my house because of this car. So thanks Chevy of Glendora. At least they are nice enough to let me charge the car there. read more

I had an appointment at 8:00 am to have something that I purchased through Chevrolet be installed on my truck. I go to check at around 9:00 am and they had not even started, my truck was still parked in the lot. That's when I asked why they hadn't started and I was told that they opened at 7:00 am and people had appointments before and they only have one person working installation. Not sure why they would then schedule someone for 8:00 am if they knew it would not be possible for the installation to actually be done by my appointment time. This is not the first time that I have had to wait, the same thing happened when I had to bring my truck in a for a recall. Thank you Chevy if Glendora! This is my son's first car Chevy Malibu (purchased somewhere else). We chose this dealer because of how close it was to our house and he needed his airbag fixed. My husband and I are teaching my son the value of taking his car to the dealer instead of a mom/pop auto repair. Now there is a time and place for those type of shops but he had an issue with the airbag and a recall issue (that we found out when we got there). The first person to help us is and was Payton Brown. Super friendly, very helpful, understanding, patient, knowledgeable, and an overall warm personality.
