I started with Jennifer recently in looks for an EMDR specialized therapist that took my insurance. Her website was very enticing and seemed to be a good fit with how she advertised herself. I began using her services and quickly I found out she was not a good fit. I wanted to give her some time to see if the rapport would build. I am someone who does not have a set schedule and she highly pushed for a weekly appointment. I also work with another therapist who does not take my insurance but absolutely have seen improvement and help with that one, so I was dividing time between the two of them. I am also in the travel industry and do NOT have a set schedule so my schedule changes weekly; some weeks are busier than others. I told her weekly would not work with me, and bi weekly would be best. She canceled the next appointment and I would continue with the following week. The following week ended up I needed to travel and needed to cancel that appointment as well. She makes you sign a cancellation policy which states cancellations you pay out of pocket, which is standard if you are cancelling 24 hours or less. I canceled my appointment 3 days prior with ample time within policy guidelines. I immediately got an email for rescheduling and I stated I would not be able to reschedule due to overloaded schedule. She then proceeded to tell me that since I cancelled I would have to pay out of pocket 140$ since she gave me a "free bee" cancellation already. Again she did not, that is when I told her I was switching to bi weekly because I did not want to continue weekly with her. I truly believe she is in this profession for self gain and not to truly help others. In 15 years I have never had such an absurd canceling process like it is a blood oath to go to a therapist that you reach out to for help. Do yourself a favor, unless you want to be burdened and bound to this therapist. Seek someone who truly wants to help and not find a way to take your money at any means possible. If you are seeking someone's services, you shouldn't be forced to. If you seek a hair stylist and you cancel an appointment within respectable amount of time, do they force you to go and get their services? No. I felt like I was in another forceful trapped relationship with my therapist. It's a NO for me.

Clear treatment To start I went to a center close to my…read morehouse but it was unorganized, poor communication, and I didn't last a day. I spoke with my insurance and therapist to find a place that wasn't so AA heavy. They recommended Clear Treatment Center. It was an hour drive from my house but I was willing if it was the right place. When I emailed Clear a representative reached out quickly. I was really straight forward with what I wanted from a program and they were just a direct as me! I completed 3 months of PHP/IOP treatment for alcohol, that sounds like a long time but once you start doing the work it fly's quick. The center is welcoming, clean, and organized. After my first week it was getting tough! Jason, Christine, and Jamie helped me see all the reasons why not to quit! The staff is very understanding of everyone's situations and only want what's best for every client. The entire staff works well with each other and they all have their own strengths. Jason was my therapist. Trust me when I say I gave him a hell of a hard time at first. This guy never gave up on me and got me to figure out some things about myself I would have never done alone. Clemmy was my case manager and if your rough around the edges and need someone to help tell you straight but make you feel motivated after ever conversation that's my girl! Jamie heard me when I was needing to go back to work and needed to change my schedule. That's one of the most stressful things when you have to work and continue treatment but she always found a way to work with me and find a way! Thank you! Christine is really good at communicating and somehow gets you to understand how to vulnerable with yourself and trust. I still can't I trust people now. Thank I can't say enough about the staff and the vibe. Everyone is always ready to help and easy to talk to. The hardest thing is showing up and giving it 100% when your in a bad place. They make it easy to be yourself and work through what ever it is you need to work through. I met some really cool people and other clients going through something similar as myself im grateful to have met. I felt alone in this until I met people in the program. Ultimately I could go on and on about the center, staff, and curriculum. I owe this place more than a review. I got my life back and I feel better than ever. Thank you, Luis Enrique Mendoza

Like a factory wheel. If you identify as LGBTQ+ -- Inneractions can not cater to you. Inneractions does not have the necessary tools or staff. Seek other support. My first interaction was with Shant Tomassian and it went well, he ordered the bloodwork i was interested in running for the wellness concerns that I had. Never received a follow up call or contact on my blood results to guide me through what the results meant. I called the office and asked what the next steps were, they told me if I didn't hear anything then there's nothing to be done. But that doesn't explain the concerns that I'm having with my health and wellness. They scheduled me an appointment with Bianca, who is supposed to be specializing in women's health, but a day before the appointment they called me to reschedule and push it back a week. Her appointment times are terrible. She's only there on certain days of the week, there's no early morning or after work appointments. I specifically told them from the original booking that I would have to use my lunch break for the appointment and would have less than an hour to be there. The Office assured me that I will be seen when I arrive. When they called to reschedule my appointment, I reiterated all of that. I arrived for my 1130 appointment right at 11:30. At 12:05 I still hadn't been called back and checked with the front desk how much longer it would be. From what I could overhear it sounded like there were 3 to 4 more appointments in front of me. Which meant I would've been there well over an hour before I would've been seen. They asked if I wanted to reschedule. I told him to refund my copayment. Thankfully, they did. My initial experience did not outweigh the rest. Don't overbook if you can't see your patience in a timely manner. The least you could do is let them know what they expected weight is when they arrive for their appointment. I've now lost my entire lunch break, was late to getting back to work and have to find a new doctor all in one. If they don't care about your time, they don't care about you.
