Let me start by saying this used to be primarily an adult building with teenage youths. We dont have a play yard or area on the premises. However NEW tenants think the pool area is a childs playground. We used to have fair pool rules such as only two outside guests per unit. This would keep the noise level down as well as letting the rest of the tenants enjoy the pool we pay for, as we are responsible for all the pool water usage! The pool hours were from 8am-8pm, reasonable for working tenants who live around the pool area. And there was NO alcohol allowed which again kept the noise level down! NOW, TENANTS LITERALLY HAVE A LARGE GROUP OF OUSIDERS MONOPOLIZING THE POOL WITH SEVERAL YELLING, SCREAMING, CHANTING, CRYING KIDS! WHILE THEY ARE BOOZING IT UP BEING JUST AS LOUD!! IT IS LITERALL A POOL PARTY ATMOSPHERE EVERY SATURDAY AND SUNDAY!!!! I live literall 10 feet from the pool and all I hear is commotion! To top it off the onsite managers are NOT AVAILABLE SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS!! So basically Everybody gets away with anything while tenant living around the pool have to suffer! I have complained to the managers as well as the management company (PAC Properties) but my concerns have fallen on deaf ears! One time the water was shut off from 10:00am until the next morning at 8:30am and they always blame it on being an unexpected emergency! One time, I was awoken at 9:30am by a text saying the water is going to be shut off at 10:00am! I was so upset and like I said all they do is say it's "an emergency"!!! I understand dogs are allowed here, but wow! I have a newborn and we can't even nap in our living room because the other residents have dogs that bark all day! We have had mice droppings on our balcony and for the past 4 months since we have lived here, we can't step foot on our balcony because of the constant mice droppings! Only once, pest control came to leave a trap! We had to catch the mice on our own because no one ever followed up! Some people are also so inconsiderate when it comes to the washers & dryers! I washed clothes and had to wait almost 2 hours just to dry them because some other resident left their clothes in both dryers!! Another time, I couldn't even use the washer because again, someone washed and just left their clothes in there like they are the only ones that live here! I have had enough! I am waiting to find another place to move to and I have only been here 1 year!!

The door knobs are the cheapest kind they could possibly have put in, the cover part that attaches to the door is constantly falling off. We have called many times to the new home sales people to have these things fixed and gotten no replies. I have recently called and threatened them with legal action based on our home warranty, so we will see where this goes.

That's how long we've been on the waitlist for a parking spot, in a community where empty spots sit unused everywhere you look, and visitor parking has never come close to full, not even on holidays. Whatever criteria they're using to manage that list, it isn't math, and it isn't urgency. Ask them a question about the community they're paid to run and you'll get irritation instead of an answer, and silence instead of a timeline. If doing absolutely nothing while acting inconvenienced by your own job were an Olympic event, this office would medal. The in-community staff have picked up the new management's habits well, with one notable exception, who actually seems to remember what the job is.

Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience, and I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

There is a swimming pool, laundry, and bbq grill on site. Street parking can be packed but tenants get a parking spot so it wasn't an issue for me.
