I moved in here, about a month ago, and have been extremely disappointed. When I first moved in my apartment had a lot of damage, from dents in the wall to paint falling off the cabinets. It was also very dirty, took about seven mops before it started coming out with clean water. The MOST frustrating thing is that I paid to have a garage that closes, and in 20060 the garage door doesn't even close. My final straw was last night when I walked to my car to grab something and there was a man trying door handles. Are they ever gonna fix our garage door? They didn't even give me a tag or garage opener, seeming like they don't ever plan to fix it. When I went to go tell security, I found him sleeping in the chair. They advertise us as a luxury apartment, but they don't do any upkeep. PLEASE FIX THE GARAGE!!!!!! read more

I couldn't be happier with my experience at The24. As a returning tenant--having lived in one of the original buildings three years ago--I was thrilled to return to the brand-new building. The leasing office--Oksana, Carla, and Omid-- the magic trio makes you feel like family from day one. They truly care, and their warmth is unmatched. Since my last residency, the complex has only gotten better--there are even more amenities now, including a fantastic dog park and a beautiful bamboo forest on the grounds, coworking spaces, cinema, etc. The entire territory is amazing, and I love living here. While the company could improve in some areas, the staff and this community make it truly exceptional. This review is for the new buildings. The water pressure is extremely weak, and there are frequent issues with little to no hot water. For what residents are paying, the quality just isn't there , the construction feels rushed and cheap, and the walls are so thin you can hear everything around you. When you try to open the windows, you're met with the odor from the dog park, but keeping them closed means dealing with the constant blaring of train horns. It's frustrating that these brand-new units already have so many problems. Definitely not worth the price or the headaches. read more

It's really unfortunate that I have to stop my day to leave a negative review, but I feel future residents deserve transparency. Since moving into this newly constructed building, I've experienced continuous issues with pests (spiders, roaches, rats) and general cleanliness. I won't go into every detail due to time, but it's been persistent. What's even more frustrating is the lack of proactive support from management. In all my years of leasing, I've never dealt with such a dismissive property manager. From day one, the experience was rocky--my unit wasn't clean when I moved in, and when I raised the issue, the manager responded, *"The floors are going to get dirty anyway."* More recently, when I brought up the ongoing pest problem, I was told to simply *"move out."* Unfortunately, I don't even know the manager's name, as she has never properly introduced herself. She does have shorter red hair, for reference. It's a real shame, because the developers clearly invested in the design and aesthetics of the building, but it's being overshadowed by poor property management. There's room for either high level accountability coaching for the manager, or even replacement at this point. A few honest notes for future residents: **Yes, the walls are thin.** You'll hear your neighbors' TVs, conversations, and even dogs barking--from inside your own bedroom. * Management has a habit of making promises they don't keep. I was told the gym in the new building would be ready by May. It's now September--still no gym. Another resident told me they were promised it would be ready in January 2025... and that never happened either. *there's a real pest issues -- roaches and spiders in units and rats along there walkways. Pest control has visited my unit monthly and it's still not under control. We do not leave food over and keep a clean space. The pest control guys laid sticky mouse catchers round my entire unit and were filled with spiders and different bugs within a week's time. The photos shown are of my mop from day one of moving in -- you can see the filth that was on the floors. The unit was not properly cleaned. Along with windowsills covered and bugs and just a small amount of the spiders I've had to catch /remove of. And the construction debris that wasn't cleaned in thwhen I first moved in The upsides: * Great location with convenient access to shops, restaurants, and services. * A friendly community with lots of families and dog owners. * The kid-friendly park is a thoughtful and well-used feature--perfect for families. I moved to The 24 in 2020 during Covid, so I have been here over 3 years. I'm truly enjoying this complex. The amenities are wonderful; - 2 gym's available 24/7 - steam room and dry sauna - fire pits - 2 pools - club house with a pool table The team is wonderful! Omid and Oksana were original agents and made my moving process easy. They were both quick to answer any questions that I had ( that was a lot lol) and assist with anything. Now they got more staff members. I met Carla and she was so nice that I felt like I already knew her. She was prompt and helped me with my little concern. I especially enjoy the community events, which attend always lol So far my fav are: - wine night - painting - pool party - casino night - Christmas part last year was a blast! Hoping this year will be no less Another cool thing almost every week they have food trucks coming to community. The maintenance team is super attentive and communicative; Sandy , Jose and special shout out to Eric who saved my life when I accidentally got locked out after business hours Of course, as I like to be honest , like any complex there are some issues ; - guest parking is very limited ( will have to park across the street) -dog owners are obnoxious, a lot of them don't pick up even though there is pet stations provided by Managment everywhere! - no lockers for packages I know Managment does their best and see emails being sent constantly about pets but people just don't care ! Overall, I have to say so far I enjoyed my stay at The 24 complex . The garden style with lots of greenery, trees and even they have a garden with oranges and herbs! These things made me feel at peace here , especially I enjoy watching the sunset by the fire pit on the roof top :)) They are building 2 more buildings so I'm hoping to transfer soon to a brand new unit :) Also super excited to see what new amenities are coming! Finally I'm doing a review:) I've been living here for 3 years now and I can definitely call The 24 my home. I like all workers here from the office to the cleaners. Lana is the one who helped us initially and made the whole process very smooth. In my 3 years here everyone who works here always is friendly and supportive . Of course like any place there are some good things and some that needs improvements. What I love is the garden style that allowed me to take walks with my dog and unwind after a long day at work. I love the parties they are hosting , it's always fun. The coffee shop is a huge benefit as well! The parking here is kind of a problem , there is not enough guest parking... I just moved in recently and I love my new place. It's pretty quiet here and I love the view. The process was pretty easy, the office quickly responded to all my inquiries. Lana who helped me moved was very nice and professional. So far everything been going well. I do want to say guest parking here is been issue, as there is none :((( But coming from busy are in Hollywood, it's not worse at all , at least I can have my guests park across the street. Other than that I can't really say anything negative... I like my home , I like that I can pay online my rent and request service if needed and I like that anytime I come to the office I get personal chat with everyone. Good apartment for families or singles. The amenities are easily accessible and difficult to find in any other luxury apartments. The theater and clubhouse are fantastic. The maintenance and management teams are great! It's a large complex but the maintenance team always resolve issues quickly. I like that they're very communicative and don't leave you hanging. The custodial staff are also very nice and I appreciate how hard they work to keep the shared spaces clean. Overall great staff! I hope they're paying all these people well!! My only complaints would be that there's no guest parking, the walls are thin, and the dog park could use more artifical turf. Other than that, we've enjoyed our rental thus far and the other residents are friendly. In unit dryer and washer is a game changer. The cafe downstairs is also nice. Location is nearby a lot of shopping centers so all your needs can be found within a 5-15 minutes drive. read more

The amenities are well-maintained, the grounds are beautiful, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Although there are a few negative comments out there, we have to remember that no one can supervise or control grown adults 24/7. That said, the management team does an excellent job addressing issues when they are brought to their attention, responding as quickly as possible and doing their best to resolve concerns. It's clear that the team here takes pride in creating a high-quality living environment for all residents. Would be nice to enjoy the amenities that I pay for without having screaming children take over the pool area or any other public area unattended. I have literally watched adults enjoying themselves leave one by one because of these people that come to the pool and don't even watch their children. Has this place become an Airbnb or something? The amount of disrespect and no courtesy to anyone around is astonishing. Even better that we're literally in front of the office themselves. They always want to send emails about noise ordinance and no music by the pool but have nothing to say about this? The families you let in are ruining the reputation you claim to want to build. Brand new apartment, a lot of cool amenities- 2 pools, 2 gyms (which I never used haha), nice bbq areas, clubhouses! If you are dog parent - there is a lot of dog waste stations which is really cool! And something that made this place special - Oksana and Carla from the office. The campus is overall kept very clean considering dog owners STILL don't pick up after their friends. The roof top BBQs have been squeaky clean every time I go to use them (quite often). The sauna is great. And there is even an orchard with seasonal fruits like figs and limes, and an herb garden which I always use for cooking. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Great and safe place to live at. Workers and maintenance crew are on top of things, multiple amenities amenities around, and they even have food trucks coming every so often. Now that they're building many more units and buildings, gyms have been extra crowded, noice pollution has been extra tough bc of construction, function places can be packed every weekend, and the amount of irresponsible dog owners who doesn't pick up after their pet is increasing. I'm a pet owner, and when I take my dogs down for their bathroom break, I've seen multiple NEW tenants who doesn't clean up after their pet especially by the MGA area. I hope management does something about that. read more

EXTREMELY NOISY! DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT SLEEPING IN OR GETTING REST ON THE WEEKENDS. Construction noise Mon - Sat from 7am - 5pm. Random fire alarms go off whenever. On Saturday & Sunday the maintenance guy is always pressure washing something. He starts around 7am (on the weekends) and it goes on ALLLL DAY Until about 4pm or 5pm. You will literally get no rest or quiet time living here. I feel sorry for people with babies or small children. It's so loud and noisy all the time. read more

I am a resident here and I want to let everyone know that are planning to move in here, almost all of the amenities they advertise are either closed or not working. If one of your neighbors misuse an amenity instead of holding that person accountable they close it completely and make everyone else pay the consequence. So if you are okay to pay just for your apartment and gym for the amount they are asking for then you will be happy, otherwise I would suggest you look for other places before making your decision. read more

I started apartment hunting 6 months before moving to LA from Seoul. I looked at 10-15 apartments the week I moved here, the 24 was the only one without negative reviews. Zero homeless, car break ins, damage to cars, everything works, staff is friendly, amenities are nice up to date, but Oksana, Omig, Carla, Jose, Enrique, are the most attentive maintenance and leasing agents, any problem reported is fixed within 24 hours. Every other apartment I looked at was using outdated pictures or the apartment I viewed was not well taken care of. On-site roving security. But the staff is next level including leasing office. You won't find a better apartment in the valley. I lived here 3 years and only moved because of transferring offices. Highly recommended. read more

I wanted to update my review now that we've moved out (we were counting down the days our lease was up) and have had some time away from this place. I do want to preface this is nothing against anyone working at the 24 or personnel. The maintenance team does a great job and the office probably can't do much since this building is owned by some billionaire company. This complex advertises "luxury living" but it continues to fall short of what you expect a luxury apartment should be. Cleanliness, functioning equipment in the gym/elevators, were always a problem throughout our time living at The24. Which, to me, is the bare minimum of running any apartment (luxury or not). The last three months of our lease there were at least two fire alarm tests that would go for 9am-2pm, our entire time there were construction trucks driving by our window, we eventually stopped walking our dogs around the building because of how unkept the area was. We also found a crack pipe right outside the building Driving in and out of our garage, walking to and from our car was always a hazard because there would be tenants flying by with no care in the world. Emails were constantly sent to the office about safety concerns about drivers speeding and nothing was done about it. Anyway, all this to say this place isn't what anyone would consider luxury and you're not getting much in return for the rent you pay. read more

David (maintenance guy) is absolutely phenomenal. I had an issue with wasps building a hive on my porch. He was so attentive and determined to remove it. He went over and beyond to get rid of them. He communicated with me from the start to the completion of the project. To be honest I've had my issues from previous situations here but he has given me a new perspective on apartment living. Apartment dwelling in the valley, has its ups and down. No where is 'perfect' but that's where the apartment management team and the maintenance crew comes into play. This is my third year anniversary at The 24 and I'm very happy to say that management and maintenance here do a great job. The maintenance team, Sandy and his crew, Jose, Bladimir, and Eric are always readily available for repairs and do excellent work. They always express sincere concern when addressing my needs and are very attentive when responding to work order requests. Oksana and her management team are friendly, accessible and very responsive as well. The valley, and the world at large is pretty chaotic these days. My home at The 24 provides me a comfortable fortress with a campus designed for living, working and playing. read more

Updating my review. My lease is up soon and I can't wait! the neighbors upstairs have made this living situation a living hell. The noise they make is so ridiculous you can't even rest ! Watch tv nothing !!!! Management does NOTHING. They send no emails nothing. Maybe sending out an email to every tenant to remind them to keep their noise down ? Why do people need to walk stomp jump all day everyday and if you have kids im sorry but control them I shouldn't have to hear ur kids running all day because you can't parent . Do not ever move here management will tell you to just deal with it and wear headphones. It is not luxury as people have no courtesy to others. Loved living at The 24! Unfortunately I had to move to be closer to work but I enjoyed my time spent at this complex. Oksana and Carla were always so amazing at helping me with any questions or needs I had. Any maintenance issue was addressed in a timely manner. I always felt safe walking my dog at night as there was always security around. I also enjoyed the weekly food trucks that came by :) The amenities were always clean and the complex was well taken care of and maintained regularly. I've lived at the 24 for a couple months now and I'm so happy. I had a tour with Omid and he was such a cool guy. He was really personable and I really felt like he was really authentic and helpful. The whole leasing and move in process was super smooth and he was always there to answer my questions. This was my first apartment so I had a lot and he was really patient and understanding and I really appreciate that. The maintenance staff is also always super friendly.
