Just recently moved into a new house and one of the locks in the room where my kids were hanging out was faulty and we could not open from either side and the kids were inside. Called to get my car open after I locked them inside. Took a little over an hour to get to me, but all the other locksmiths in Elk Grove at the time wanted to charge me 'overtime'. Glenn offered to do it for $65, pretty middle of the road rate. Now anybody can show up, run a wedge in the frame, and poke around in your car with a stick and scratch the hell out of the inside.
