Once he tried to get started my battery was dead, although I had it charged, it wasn't holding a charge. He left, so I went for a new battery and called him back, he agreed to come the next day. I had already paid him the first day but owed him $25 more to return. Again he showed up 30 minutes or more late. He spent a half hour making the key and it worked. I lost the key within an hour of him leaving. I called and he agreed to come the next day again.....and late again. I didn't ask a price, big mistake. He came back and charged me $50 more than I had paid the day before. Not a timely business and expensive.

We placed our order and within two weeks everything was shipped and ready to be installed. There was a nice older gentleman that came out, he was knowledgeable and efficient, in and out fairly quickly. We had one hiccup where one of the doors was getting a bit stuck when opening and closing, I let the company know and they had someone out the very next day to fix the issue. Bear in mind these doors come in a few weeks if you do special order, so prepare for that. I believe you pay half initially for a deposit and then the rest after completion. Will use again.
