Terrible!!! Paid $498 to have my power steering fixed and it's still NOT Fixed!! He was over an hour late, then I couldn't get ahold of him for over a week. Then he finally comes back to tell me I have a leak!! Duh!! That's why I hired him!! I just had to hire another mechanic... What a joke! I scheduled him to come and change 3 motor mounts and a seat switch. He came with 1 motor mount and changed just the one!!!!!! He said he had to order the other parts, waited and waited no response finally he said "I fixed it"!!!! No you didn't and you have the nerve to tell me I have to check on the parts. These mobile mechanics are a joke Don't worry I'm having a real mechanic repair it, the car obviously isn't "fixed" because it's still vibrating. Don't make excuses for your poor service. I am definitely late leaving this review but I can say I am 100% satisfied with the work Glen did on my Mini Cooper Clubman. Sooo long story short I had a mechanic replace my rear break pads before leaving Arizona. Well the second day after I have arrived in Las Vegas, leaving the resort I was staying in on the strip I traveled a several miles after I started to hear a loud grinding noise. I pulled into a 7/11 Parking lot and stop to see what's going on, I see that my driver side caliper was lifted as if the bottom bolt came out. That is where Glen comes in, I was calling around and trying to find a good mechanic but not trying to be over charged. well everyone wanted to get the vehicle towed to their location or were unavailable for mobile mechanic... well thank God I found Glen, he answered his phone quick and was able to get out to my location 40 minutes after the phone call. He was quick to arrive after giving the address, which he was able to disassemble the rear tire quick and obtain the bolt he needed to match as he drove to a parts store to get the second bolt! He was professional and had all the tools needed for the job, I cannot thank him enough for the work he did in a timely manner! I was able to leave Las Vegas and travel to California for my trip and back home to Arizona!! May 2021 Vehicle: 2012 Toyota Corolla (base) Area: 89101 I came out to my car and the battery said low but I knew it was still a good battery and I had a warranty on it. I went to check the battery for confirmation at Auto Zone and they told me the battery was fine but the alternator was about done. By the time I got down the street to go home, the entire car went out, including the power steering. I barely made it home, seeing as how I could barely turn the wheel anymore. I have been through to much crap with Glen He misdiagnosed my car. He said power steering pump was bad, he replaced pump. Charged approximately 500.00 on two visits. Drove the car same leak, he came back and said it needed a small hose, replaced hose, charged me 55.00 more dollars, car still had a power steering fluid leak. Today, I took it to my shop mechanic, found out the pump was probably never bad, the car needed a power a high pressure power steering hose replaced. Spent another 571.00 dollars to have it. REPAIRED THE RIGHT WAY. Picked up the car and no leak. I am not happy, and do not recommend his services to anyone, I wish I could give him 00000 stars read more
