Our Honda Odyssey van went through a period of 7 tires in 11 months thanks to road construction and dumb bad luck. They were great to get me in and out, to be honest about whether a tire could be patched or needed to be replaced. The van now has 292,000 miles and is going strong! He got this done very fast. Dmitri offered to inspect further. He lifted up the car and we seen much more damage. Shocks were bad, upper and lower control arms were bent. We ordered all the parts and scheduled another appointment and he replaced it all very nicely. After a few weeks my rear differential also went out. He did excellent work installing a new one and an axle. I highly recommend DMS Motors to anyone. Dmitri is knowledgeable and makes sure everything is done correctly. He even gave me a ride to my house while my car was broken. Prices are fair. These jobs are not fun to do myself.

They try and upsell you on many add ons that you don't need for your car (fuel injections, tires that have just been replaced, etc) regardless of the car's age/value, and they frequently do an upsell of about 180 dollars to go deeper than the "free inspection". This add on inspection is very thorough though, and they take videos of different parts of your car, with detailed descriptions of each that you can access for 30 days. Just for full transparency on my car's problem, I had a check engine light go on after a 15 hour drive, and after 1,200 dollars of work, the issue still persisted. They ended up giving me back my car, and quoted me another 5 grand for a very labor intensive part (head gasket), and were very pushy both times with getting me to sign and order the parts right away. I ended up getting a new car since the repairs were worth more than the vehicle, and they didn't offer towing services to the new location. They also took the windshield wipers off of my car before I picked it up to trade in, so I had no wipers?? Overall I think the car was more the issue than Jim Taylor, but I wish I knew all of this info before I came here!

That was my experience. I have my boyfriend as witness & we were quoted $800 estimate on the repairs. (No mention of labor hours). I dropped my car off at 8:10am on a Monday - I nicely asked Miriam to please call me ASAP with a final cost before proceeding & When my car would be repaired. The ENTIRE business day passed with: zero text. Zero phone calls. Zero estimate. No loaner cars either. I had to hitch a ride home from work and back to work the following day. I called AGAIN, and asked very nicely for a final quote on repairs and ETA. The entire day passes- AGAIN! NO text, No phone call. No quote Finally, as I'm en route via uber to the repair shop at 4:10 pm just before they are about to close I get an invoice for $2,000!!! WHAT?!? When I arrive (shook & nearly in tears) Miriam is hostile & insists she went over this before- pointing & shaking a paper neither me or my boyfriend EVER SAW & 6-7 hours of labor we were NEVER told would be the case. It would have been the professional thing to do- to give me the price UPFRONT like I asked and wait for the green light from me BEFORE proceeding to hold my car hostage for 2 days and then not be nasty at the end. I go back five day later and they hadn't touched my truck. I took my business elsewhere and they refuse to return my insurance deposit. I sent a certified letter requesting my deposit back and was totally ignored. Unprofessional.
