I went to Dr. Rubinstein for a breast reduction after discussing my goals very clearly. Initially,…read moreI wanted to be much smaller, and after he advised that going too small would not look proportional on my body, we mutually agreed on a C cup result. Unfortunately, after surgery, I remained approximately the same size (around a DD) and did not achieve the reduction we discussed. To make matters worse, one breast is now visibly larger and sits higher than the other. I later learned that a 30cc larger implant was placed on my left side based on the doctor's own judgment. I never requested for one breast to be larger than the other, and I do not understand why that decision was made. Now my left breast protrudes noticeably out of bras and clothing and the asymmetry is very obvious in everyday wear. I brought bras and shirts into the office to physically show the problem, and during the examination Dr. Rubinstein himself acknowledged that the left side is larger and higher than the right. Despite admitting the unevenness, I was told I would still need to pay again for corrective surgery. I understand that no cosmetic surgery can guarantee perfection, but I do expect reasonable symmetry. I am very conscience because people have noticed and pointed out that my left breast is larger than my right. I will be posting pictures and more reviews.

It turns out this shot did not only get rid of the itch, It got rid of all the food allergies that were originally causing the eczema. It was a dream come true. I do not recommend Z-Roc dermatology as anything more than a med spa for Botox and fillers…read more My last review mentioned complications that, at the time, I was put at ease for. Well those complications got worse and were never addressed by the doctors here. I had a cyst removal that turned into a giant scar causing years of consequences. I immediately tried to address this issue but was told it would be fine. It was not fine and turned into an unsightly and painful scar. After visiting for follow ups, I was completely ignored. The doctor did not conduct two layers of stitching, which is common practice. Considering this, the wound completely ripped open because there were no protective stitches under the skin to reinforce the wound. I was never told to come in for a stitching fix, but instead wait and see how it heals. Multiple plastic surgeons I've been to since said that they would have fixed it immediately. I could not be more upset with this office and how everything was handled. At the time I did not have health insurance and paid a lot out of pocket for this. If I had known my treatment would be handled so incompetently, I would have went to a plastic surgeon. I would not recommend Z-Roc for anything medical or dermatology related, and would suggest another dermatologist or plastic surgeon.

The best experience!…read more My son had a wart on his finger, and after seeing two other dermatologists over the past six months, we still had no results. One doctor sent us home with a cream and told us to scrape the wart before applying it. The other froze the wart so poorly that it left part of his finger covered in a painful blister. I always read reviews before choosing a doctor, so I was hesitant to try another dermatologist. I'm so glad we came to Miami Center of Dermatology. From the moment we walked in, Isabella greeted us with kindness and made us feel welcome. Ashley, our dermatologist, truly listened and took the time to explain everything. She told us the wart was much deeper than the previous doctors had realized and explained why the other treatments were never going to work. She carefully removed it by scraping it out. At our two-week follow-up appointment, the wart was completely gone! This was one of the best medical experiences we've had. The staff was caring, knowledgeable, and efficient. The visit was quick, but we never felt rushed. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Miami Center of Dermatology to anyone looking for a dermatologist who truly cares.
