The staff's friendly and will go out of their way to help. I see the dermatologist 3-4 times a year, the Florida sun has not been my friend! As a frequent visitor, I can honestly say the practice is run extremely well with patient care, the top priority. I've been seeing Dr Weatherall for many years, in fact, I followed her here from another practice. She is extremely bright and knowledgeable. A caring and compassionate doctor, she goes above and beyond, takes her time to explain what's going on and thoroughly explains medications and treatments she's prescribing. I have never felt rushed and always feel that during my appointment, I have Dr. Weatheralls full attention. A few years ago, I was prescribed a medication that was not covered by insurance. The staff went out of their way with numerous phone calls and paperwork, to get me on a bridge program that was fully covered by the manufacturer. I was told that if there ever was a lapse in coverage, to call the office and they would supply samples. One time I left the office with a 4 month supply and a box of a topical that also isn't covered by insurance and I made a joke that the meds were valued at more than my handbag and jewelry combined! Over the years, I've had to reach out with questions. Call backs are usually the same day or first thing the next morning. When I had shingles, I called, left a message and within a few hours was told Dr. Weatherall was booked but I could see her PA Brooke the next day. Brooke was fantastic too. She was just as attentive and helpful and Dr. Weatherall took the time to stop in during the appointment. My son would see Elizabeth, who got his teenage acne under control. All in all, my family and I have all had nothing but positive experiences.

When you enter the office, you are greeted by friendly staff who know what they're doing. All of the paperwork is automated and you just need to review and then sign the tablet. No paper, no pen, and since they populate most of the info for you from you insurance and ID cards, it's a huge time saver. There was zero wait time and I was called back into a room by the very amicable and professional, Valentina. She asked all of the pre-visit questions and really took copious notes on the reason for my visit and some historical questions. Once we were done, she quickly conferred with Daisy and then Daisy was in the room within a few minutes. Daisy was fantastic. She really listened to what had been going on, created a diagnosis and strategy and very thoroughly explained what she believed was happening, why it was happening and the steps we were going to take to get it under control. She wrote down the steps I needed yo take and gave me a couple of free samples to get me started. Check out was just as easy. Made the follow up appt for two weeks later, as per Daisy's request and off I went. It's been 4 days and my skin is getting back to it's warm and glowing self and just when I couldn't rave more about RSB Dermatology- I get a sure rise call from Daisy this morning to check on my progress. Shut the front door!! When does that ever happen? Apparently, it happens all the time here. So, long story extra long, I highly recommend and look forward to my next appt. That's right, I look forward to it. Skin issues, skin tags, facial treatments and more - this is your place. Check it out and tell Daisy I said Hi!

Dr Lewis's work and recommendation speaks for it self. Ive dealt with acne for decades. Ive tried everything, I even did accutane before and nothing was helping. I came into her office after being handed her card and I am so thankful that I did. Within a year of her recommendations I was able to rid the acne significantly. In just one year as her patient, Ive seen more progress with my condition than any other doctor I had previously. Her staff is just as helpful, and super personable people who make you feel comfortable. Their professionalism is unmatched, Im guilty of putting the staff through the loop one day. I was having a terrible week and it showed, but they still remained professional, kind and compassionate towards me even when i was being an a**hole, which I know they probably deal with on a daily. Please be kind to them! They are a nice staff with an amazing Dr. as their leader. Thank you!

Loraine finally came in, she appeared visibly agitated and mentioned she was running behind while another employee informed her that the patient scheduled after me was upset about the wait. At no point did she apologize to me for the significant delay. I asked whether it was still appropriate to proceed since the numbing cream had been sitting on my skin for such a long time. She simply applied more numbing cream and disappeared for another 30 minutes or so. I had taken the afternoon off for this appointment, but I certainly wasn't expecting to spend hours waiting because of poor scheduling and time management. When the procedure finally began, another employee interrupted to tell P.A. Loraine that a patient had returned and was very upset about an issue. Without hesitation, she asked someone else to finish my treatment and rushed out to deal with what she referred to as a "difficult patient." I have never spent thousands of dollars on cosmetic treatments only to be treated with such little regard for my time. The entire visit lasted more than four hours, and it felt more like waiting at a walk-in urgent care than receiving care at a premium aesthetic practice. As for the results, I had Clear + Brilliant laser, Sculptra, and Botox. The only treatment that produced noticeable results was the Botox. I did not see any meaningful improvement from either the laser or the Sculptra. Florida has no shortage of outstanding dermatology and aesthetic practices. Given this office's premium pricing, poor time management, lack of professionalism, and disappointing experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
