Came here on a field trip with little ones. The kids love it. The gym is nice and clean.. Give that 5 stars Coach Eric is very very unprofessional and not trained to deal with little ones. His tones made us all feel very uncomfortable. Very unprofessional. Constantly angry and shouting at the 4-5yr olds. He needs to remember he was not doing us a favor we were paying customers. I don't think I will come back.

soafter run around on refund they offered credit 48$instead but they deactivated my daughter #acc so technically they refused credit/so rude

the moment you asked for refund all hell break lose here. very rude staff! super unorganized and highly unethical with their moral and attitude . one staff said we will issue refund then another say we don't. so I kept getting run around about refund for the unused classes. as someone who enrolled not long ago it is very confusing but overall the experience was not good at all. they are very rude period , they requested dr. notes about my kid injury so sent them but they refused so sent another therapy confirmation so they had no choice but instead of refund they will only issues credit 48$ for future classes. ( so i had no choice but continue with them for a month ) my kid truly hates it here. I had to drag her in class a few times because she's scared oh the instructor. The staff were very rude. almost looked like everyone who works here looked very stressed and very rude. so after my daughter recovered from injury I logged on to re-enroll her in the class to find out they deactivated my daughter account with the 48$ credit in it . so i called to find out why?! to be told yes they cancelled our account with the credit in it because I wrote a negative review online. ( review is a freedom of speech and it based on 100% true experience. ) moral of the story if they said they will avoid refund, instead credit you buy cancel / deactivate your account to avoid giving refund or credit.. it is kind of like a scam! I honestly don't want my kids to come here or will not recommend anyone to bring your kids here. this place is not kids friendly or parent friendly. they operate kinda like a boot camp. it isn't fun for the kid anyway and not worth dealing with rude people. save yourself some headaches and run! this place only care about money.

A wonderful gym with knowledgable instructors...just wish they had Wi-fi for us parents as we sit on these leg numbing stools. :)

Sorry but no. Our insurance company will not cover anyone over 18.

I know they have class on some cities, is there any different to take their class in the city and their own place. As u know, the city is much cheaper.?

This place is small enough so that you don't have to run around after your kid constantly you can sit at tables and relax while they work out their energy. It's about the size of a large/long room we had about 9 kiddos playing and it was perfect for them all. We brought our food and our own cups and kcups for coffee, they do have some kcups available for an additional cost. The day of the party, we were running late the owners were so quick to help they had all the tables setup, helped us setup food, helped us decorate, and helped us with clean up. They even had a fridge we could use to keep drinks and food cold. I cannot recommend stay and play strongly enough and have been telling all my family and friends about it!

Loved it here and would definitely recommend. Great communication with any questions or concerns we had. Party ended at 2 but we were definitely told in advance we needed to be cleared out by that time so they can prepare for the next party! Not a problem at all! We will definitely be back for free play!

There's a shaded area for eating with 2 picnic tables under it, but that's it. The entire play structure and swings are in the beating sun 100% of the time. Today was a very mild 75 degree early summer day and we went early around 10:45. Within 30 minutes of arrival, the slides were so hot our almost 2 y/o son physically reacted every time he touched them. The park is in a very nice and quiet residential area. There's nothing but street parking, but the streets are wide and not busy. The grounds were very clean and well kept. The bathrooms even had soap AND paper towels - yay! Like others said, this structure is mostly appropriate for a toddler as young as ours. He even did ok on the winding slide. Some slides are so steep that he falls forward even though they're supposed to be geared at toddlers, but all 3 slides here were fine for him. However, the only way to get up are monkey bar-like stairs (skinny metal bars) that no toddler can safely use, then the other side has stairs. The stairs are way too far apart for a young one to do alone. He either had to crawl or we held his hands while he took giant steps lol. If you get bored at this park, there are 2 more within ~5 blocks or less heading west! They're off the same street, too. Just go to the north of the block north of the park and take a left and you'll see 2 others fairly quickly. We'll definitely be back because of how clean and safe it felt.

Inside, it felt like the sitting area and tables were smaller than the Pomona location however the play ground looked fine. The floors were not very clean and sometimes felt sticky, the men's bathroom floors were wet and gross probably because there were no towels but air dry. Overall, not as good as the Pomona location, took a long time to get in and waiting for people to check in. Just a note: They didn't have forks so I had to walk to Aldi which ran out of forks and then had to drive to Walmart for forks. Great to host and run around during your party.
