I've been a member since they first started after consuming the 3-free car washes this business has sent out to the community! I had a chance encounter with one of the owner (seemingly) as I was dying out the excess water making sure it wouldn't leave any mark on the surfaces. I find the owner caring and friendly. The staffs do their best in performing their tasks. my membership has unlimited car wash/month. My car comes out clean although my side mirror always close from the amount of force of the brush that go through, but, they adjust what needs to be adjusted as they noticed one. The drying is strong enough, but, not as perfect just like any other car wash, thus, I always bring paper wipes. The tires comes out shiny as well! I had a monthly subscription and went through the wash on a Friday and the car sat over the weekend. When I went out shopping on Monday I noticed scratches on my passenger side of the car that match up with where the brushes in the wash hit the car. Put in a claim and had to hassle them for two weeks to get an answer on whether or not they would fix it. I was told that since I had waited to file a report I should retrace my route home and look for what could have possibly made the scratches and they weren't responsible.There is nothing on my way home that could have made the scratches and the pattern is exactly like the brushes. It's sad that they tell you they run an honest car wash but I have emailed and called to as for a face to face meeting and get no response. read more

I've tried this car wash on three separate occasions. Each time my front and rear windshields are still dirty. You can still see where the windshield wipers don't hit the windshield due to the dirt. Other car wash places give your front and rear windshields a scrub with a brush before entering the wash. Really unfortunate because it's a convenient location, but doesn't do a good job. Giving two stars because the staff that helps you at the payment kiosk is friendly. read more

My husband and I always went here and we both had problems with Chandra, She's disrespectful and rude, she always gave us attitude and made faces at us. The other employees are super nice! but not her I have had it with her snotty attitude, My daughter came in to wash my car and Chandra gave her the exact attitude she gives to me and my husband. I will be canceling my membership and NEVER coming back I won't even recommend this place!! As long as Chandra works here I will be telling everyone how disrespectful and rude she is to the customers. Imagine running a business with Rude employees. It's not a good look for the owners or Chandra's Co-Workers, I'll only come back if Chandras fired or fixes her horrible attitude. read more

Eat car wash in town, I love my monthly subscription I have had for 3 months now. The staff is great. And Lura kicks ass in the pre wash!

I came here the first week they opened and joined the Premier Unlimited monthly subscription. I drive a full size truck and have no issues going through the wash. I only have 2 complaints - first one being it doesn't do a great job cleaning around my fender openings and second I wish they provided towels at the end to wipe any missed spots and door jambs (similar to other car wash locations that have a bear logo..) I typically go 1-2 times a week and 3 times they were closed for maintenance, which was a little annoying. The staff are always super friendly when I drive up! read more

LOVE this car wash and have a monthly membership. Usually very happy with the service guys and the car wash. Today 5/31/21 went to wash my truck (just came over mountain and lots of bugs/dirt) and they were not open. Website says they open at 7:30 am. Got there at 7:45 - No one there. Got home and website says they are open. Called at 8:15 just to be sure and it was an answering machine and wanted me to leave message. I couldn't believe my wife had taken her car through this car wash! When she came home and I saw all the spots on her hood I asked her why she didn't get it washed and she said she did. Then I was concerned the spots were scratches it looked so bad! Needless to say our car looked really bad after going through this car wash. read more

Bad service all they care about is getting your car washed there is no help by the vacuums witch by the way don't work and has missing hoses. Don't spend your money there. read more

The guys were SO friendly and helpful. My car came in with bug guts and all. When I got home to inspect, it looked like it was brand new. Amazing!! Only complaint, they could NOT accept a Tip!! What? Great car wash. But they need to give a flash warning before going through the car wash. So many bright lights and a whole lot of flashing. Came out of there with a headache. I'm sure it's not fully safe for anyone with sensitivity to things like that. read more

Waste of my time, being ran through twice and still didn't get my car cleaned. Its ok if you are in a rush and don't mind some spots having to be redone at home by hand. I was so hoping it would have been better, but as the attendant explained, it saves on water and doesn't always work to its full extent. read more

Good car wash, no complaints! They also have an area that allows you to vacuum as well.

On Feb 20th we used Glint Car Wash in Kent, WA and purchased the premier package. Unfortunately, when we got home we found that the front of the car still had a LOT of bugs and general smudges all over it. The top of the car was not clean either. There were also many areas on the sides and back that were missed as well. This was out 3rd time using this car wash and first time going with the premier package, but we were very unhappy with the results! read more

Buyer be aware!! I would pass on their "special" for the monthly membership. The CS Rep will tell you that you are able to cancel at anytime and headquarters will quick resolve any issues you may have with the service. I suppose I should have known better; the track your vehicle travels on has damaged all the wheels. I just had them refinished-$400! and that's reasonable. Most expensive car wash I've ever had. I tried canceling my membership on-line, but it keeps telling me CUSTOMER NOT FOUND. I guess I will contact my cc company and forewarn of any additional membership charges, because I can't get a hold of anyone. read more

One of the good car washes in the area. It is easy to use, it offers reasonable prices and makes your car clean within a few minutes.

Car wash was fine but the attendant said "I have to ask you if you know how to put your car in neutral " Duh, I drove it here. Bet they don't ask men that question. My car is a 5 speed too so this woman knows how to operate a standard transmission and put it in neutral. Sheesh! read more

I used the Glint Car Wash services, and the service tenants were very friendly! I took advantage of the deal they had to do unlimited for a month, and they did explain I would enroll into a monthly subscription that I could cancel at anytime. I did end up canceling but only because I don't wash my vehicle all that often! I found the process to cancel easy peasy, and had zero issues!
