Glisten Cleaners are attentive and professional. I had them come in to our older home and do an initial deep clean. It had been sitting for awhile and needed a lot of love. It was dusty and the tenants before left it a mess. Not only did they spend a lot of time on the details, they made things right if anything was missed. I would highly reccomend this service to someone looking for easy going and reliable people to work with. We will now use them for our biweekly cleanings to keep up the cleanliness! We hired this company for a post-construction deep clean after extensive electrical work in our home and unfortunately were extremely disappointed with the results. We paid $520 and only one cleaner showed up. We specifically discussed what would be included beforehand, and when we pointed out areas during the cleaning, the cleaner simply said "okay," implying they would be addressed, but many were still left dirty. This was supposed to be a true post-construction deep clean, yet there was still visible drywall dust throughout the home afterward. Baseboards were still dusty, under the bed was not cleaned, bathroom shelves were not dusted, there was still soap scum in the guest shower, water spots remained on the bathroom glass, and the floors still had visible scuffs and dirt marks. What was most frustrating was that when the cleaner first arrived, she even commented that it "didn't even look like construction had been done here," yet somehow the home was still left visibly dusty and dirty after the cleaning was completed. After working a 12 hour day, I now have to be back here cleaning. After paying for a professional post-construction service, I am extremely disappointed. Honestly, I could have spent the entire day cleaning myself and likely achieved a better result. Very disappointing experience, especially given the price paid and the type of cleaning that was promised. It seems this company just third parties the work as the lady showed up with an "Awesome Cleaners" shirt. Also when I asked who was going to be showing up he said Oscar, however it was only one lady. I know I have done a deep clean or 2 in the past and usually a crew comes in, not just one lady spending 2 hours cleaning one sliding glass door. They did completely refund us, however, I think it is fair to let people know about the service received. Look elsewhere. Response to Patrick: I appreciate the refund, however I do want to clarify a few things for future customers reading this response. We were very upfront that this was a true post-construction clean following a whole-home electrical rewire with drywall work and dust throughout the home. I was completely honest during the booking process about how dirty the home was and the scope of work involved. I even sent photos beforehand showing plastic coverings throughout the house, construction debris, drywall work, and dust everywhere. Your response states the cleaner discovered the home was dirtier than expected upon arrival, however the condition of the home and the fact that this was a post-construction clean were fully disclosed in advance. You even acknowledged it was construction cleaning and adjusted the quote accordingly. We specifically discussed deep cleaning tasks such as baseboards, moving furniture and couches to clean underneath, bathrooms, shelving, windows, shutters, fixtures, and heavy dust removal throughout the home. I was reassured that your cleaners were trained for this type of work and that everything included in a deep clean would be handled. Patrick also specifically mentioned that a crew would be coming out for the cleaning, which is what we expected for a post-construction deep clean of this size. Based on those conversations, I was under the impression that multiple cleaners would be arriving. When only one cleaner arrived, it immediately became clear that what was promised during booking was not what was actually scheduled. We also made it very clear that insurance was covering the cleaning and that cost was not the deciding factor -- we simply wanted the job done correctly. This was not simply a matter of "expectations" being too high. Basic areas that were discussed beforehand and expected in a post-construction deep clean were still left untouched or visibly dirty, including dusty baseboards, bathroom shelving, under furniture, shower residue, and visible dust throughout the home. We do appreciate that a refund was ultimately issued. However, after spending hours coordinating the appointment and preparing the home, we were still left needing to clean the house ourselves after construction dust and drywall debris remained throughout the property. read more

So disappointed in this company. They seem polite and professional upfront. I used them for a move in and a move out cleaning in March. I had to call them back several times as they missed many obvious areas. They did come back but then up charged me after the job was done. I let it go as I was in the middle of a move. I called them back again last week for a cleaning. The people they sent were lovely and did a pretty good job. They forgot a couple items like cleaning the inside of some glass doors and vacuuming. I was willing to bring them back on a monthly basis as they were sweet and I figured we could work to fix the glitches. Unfortunately, Patrick sent me a text with a request for an up charge due to pet hair and grime as he described it in his text. Again, I was annoyed but figured I'd let it go, pay the invoice and find a different place to work with. I requested a new invoice with the extra $100 he wanted to charge me. Instead I received a text that was about me, not meant for me. He commented to his friend that I can afford the up-charge because I had a $50,000 a month mortgage. I have used Glisten twice now for commercial office cleaning. First, I really appreciate their flexibility based on my specific business needs. Other commercial cleaning companies wanted a minimum weekly contract, and I only need cleaning services every few months when we hold an event. They are the ONLY company I could find that would provide this arrangement for me. I used to have a monthly cleaning contract with another company, and I can say that Glisten provides a far superior cleaning service. It has been one person both times I have used the service, so it takes quite a bit of time as it is a large space, he is incredibly thorough and the end result is worth it. Our home usually was cleaned by Esteban without any complaints. However, when Patrick, the owner, came 2x to clean our home we were dissatisfied. In fact, the last time Patrick was in our home he wasn't very honest about what areas were actually cleaned. Yet, Patrick prides himself with the "time" he spends in a home. Also, he appears and speaks of promises with great business ethics. However, the the proof of the pudding is in the tasting. After, I regretfully paid him through apple pay (Patricks request) and he left I discovered my master shower had the slime that builds up after some time including my tub it had bath oil streaks from a prior bath draw. Toilet mold, floor dust bunnies, sticky counters, smudged mirrors, the list goes on. Terrible cleaning for the burdensome length of time it took. Lastly, all of this was communicated to remorseless Patrick. I almost forgot- I tried getting a bank reversal for the $270 but Patrick cynically fought it. Use caution if you pay with any of those cash apps its like handing over cash and your chances of recovery is the good 'O' court system. read more
