I don't like being rude, but my hair is nothing how I wanted it and is completely fried. Even after I asked the girl to use olaplex, since she bleached my whole head, washed it with dawn and baking soda, and did a bleach cap, she didn't. Now I have to find home remedies to fix this **** 4 months later, and my hair is still completely fried. I've probably cut off 5 inches, used every mask and high end product and it's still in horrible condition. This girl deserves to get her license taken away. I had to shave part of my hair after I first got it done because it was falling out. I still have major anxiety about my hair everyday. Disgusting. read more

I gave up long ago trying to make my hair follow my wishes. I would look in the mirror each morning, say "so that's what you want to do today?" and just go with the flow. Past hairstylists were never much help when I asked them for ideas--their typical response was "Well, what do you want to do?". Melody is the best stylist I have ever gone to, I can go for more than 3 months at times because of being too busy, between cuts and I never have a bad hair day. To me, this is a sign of a great cut and color. If you don't have a regular stylist, book with Melody and you'll see what I mean. I bought a haircut, conditioning, and style Groupon. When I went in for my appointment, I was not greeted - I had to tell the receptionist who I was and who I had the appointment with while she sat there in her chair talking to one of the stylists. I was told that Nicole was finishing up with a client and would be with me in a few minutes. I waited 30 minutes and still no Nicole. She didn't have the courtesy or consideration to let me know if she was running late or what was making my appointment so late. I said I would have to cancel that day as I couldn't wait any longer and she just shrugged her shoulders. I would NEVER go back here. Maybe because I was a Groupon customer over the age of 60 - I don't know but I found them to be very rude, unprofessional, and unfriendly. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - I'm not sure this generation knows the meaning of customer service! read more
