Uncomfortable experience overall. I went for a walk in nail trim only. The staff tried to have my lift my 100lb dog on the table on my own, after watching me struggle they finally assisted. They didn't welcome me when I walked in the door or really say anything until I asked about a nail trim. Since they required me to stand there to hold my dog still, my dog freaked out, (the whole reason I take her somewhere else is because she won't let me cut them at home, and is usually good without me in the room at the vet or groomers). Will definitely not be returning here, The price is nice, but my dog and me left stressed out and wishing we chose somewhere else to go. read more

Tried this place after going through a few others. As soon as my husband went inside to drop our dog off he loved how everything was open and you can see everything. When I came to pick him up, everyone was so nice and welcoming! Simba was on the table and super excited to see me. He looked amazing and so fluffy! Have been taking my pug here for nail trims for years. Normally they dremel never clip. Today they clipped and he is bleeding from every paw. I will need to take him somewhere else to have it fixed. It is a sign of poor management when you go to a place and they have new groomers everytime. Do not go here unless you want your dog butchered. I brought my shih tzu here for a full groom once and never will again because she shook for days after. I attributed it to her old age, but am now realizing it must be due to how they manhandle the dogs. read more

Highly disappointed in this groomer as a whole. I had a 12 PM appointment for my dog, when I got there, there were multiple dogs waiting for nail trims, and it was a very chaotic environment. As my dog was being walked back, another dog coming off the grooming table nipped at him because of the limited space. This should have been the red flag, and I wish I had followed my gut and left. My dog was immediately put into a crate which I felt was odd, as I had an appointment and thought services would begin immediately. Around 2PM, my wife was contacted to let us know to come pick up our dog, as he would not allow staff to work on him anymore. He was there for almost two hours, and when I arrived all that had been done was a bath. They claimed he had been brushed out, but there is no way. He is hesitant of groomers but he has never had an issue where services could not be completed. Upon picking up my dog, they removed him from a crate in the back, and were attempting to put his collar back on when I noticed they had not removed his training collar. My dog was scared, and timid which is not like him at all. I find it extremely odd that his entire service was completed with his training collar, and raises more questions. Upon checking out I was informed that they would give me $10 off the "service". The only service provided was a bath. $60 for only a bath is absolutely absurd. When I spoke to Patty the owner, she informed me that during his two hour visit, he was in a crate for at least half of it. Once she told me this, I was completely done with them. This situation could have been rectified as I was willing to pay for a bath but not for services that were not rendered. Beware of this "groomer", as I would never trust a pet with them again. read more

There's no online appointment booking, so you have to call every time, but not the end of the world. Except, they're only open Tuesday-Saturday until 3 PM, so if you work a 9-5 and plan on calling after you get off work there's no point unless you plan to leave a voicemail. Every time I call to make an appointment, they're always so so rude. There's so much attitude when the person picks up the phone, as if it's a hassle or something. The last time I bought my dog in for a full groom, one of the employees there scolded me for not closing the door behind me, but I was unaware that they had a door that had to be manually closed after opening. All the employees just sat/stood around waiting for me to close the door as I'm trying to pick up my dog and get in & out asap because they were closing soon. Overall, unless you have a trusted groomer there, I would not recommend this place. read more

I've been going to Patty to groom my Bichon Frises for 12 years. She is good. Really good. My dogs love going to her and get very excited just walking in the door. I have 5 Bichons and after their grooming they are TRANSFORMED in beautiful white doggies again. They even get a little strut to their walk after grooming because they seem to know how adorable they look, if you can imagine it! read more

The amount of attitude from all of the staff is unreal. They demanded if I was paying cash that I needed to be there before 3pm to give a down payment when I told them I was working and wouldn't be off till 7, they told me with extreme attitude my appointment would have to be let go... red flags all around would never recommend to anyone read more
