This place was recommended to me by a person we met at a dog park. Luckily it's nearby which makes it convenient. I scheduled an appointment that was booked over a month out but one early morning, the owner texted me saying they had an opening that morning so I was able to get my dog in to get a cut that day. My dog gets nippy during bath time so I warned them and they requested I bring a muzzle. The muzzle I got wasn't the right fit so they ended up using one of theirs. I'm so glad to have found a place that does a good job and most of all accepts my dog. The owner said that they're used to dealing with the difficult ones. I highly recommend this dog spa. read more

Been bringing my dog here for a few years. My dogs appointment was at 9am. I started calling at 2pm to see if she was finish. No answer. I left a voicemail. Never got a call back. Go up to the facility at 5pm. The place is close. I'm calling the business number. No answer. I started reaching out through facebook. I finally get a call back. They thought all the dogs were gone. The owner meets me at the facility. Started opening the doors to the rooms. My dog is in the cage in a dark room. This could've turned out really bad. I can't trust them with my dog anymore. And then had the nerve to say sorry & I'm going to charge you half price! It should've been free of charge, after your staff basically abandoned my dog. Your staff didn't call & closed the facility with my dog in there. Be careful with this place. I'm still in disbelief. read more

Wonderful small-owned business that really cares about the animals. One groomer there is the reason for the poor reviews, one groomer that deserves them, but has been let go by the shop. The bathers are dedicated and in love with the dogs, the groomers are talented and attentive to dogs' needs. I take my 3 dogs here every time they need a haircut and they always come back spritely, happy, lovely, and of course smelling nice. The cat injury pictured is a tragedy that deserves outrage, but this small business is not represented by an incompetent groomer who was fired by the owner. read more

NEVER TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE GROOMERS! We brought our cat here and the groomer snipped off the tip of her ear. The groomer informed me by leaving a voicemail "your cat is ready to picked up, and I also wanted to let you know I cut off a chunk of his ear". So insensitive and nonchalant about it. If I could post the audio, I would! We have the voicemail and an apology text instructing to book with a different groomer if we come back (which we will not). There is a photo attached of the poor baby's ear missing. We are so upset!!!!! read more

I'm super picky about my dog's grooming. This team does a great job at cuts. My dog is a Shi-Zhu/Bichon mix with wavy soft hair. Every time I get her groomed here she always comes out looking fabulous. When we arrive, she gets happy and seems perfectly fine when I pass her over to the groomers. I'm a regular customer and I get my dog groomed about every other month. read more

Donna was amazing with our nervous Shih Tzu. She took her time to make him comfortable and did a great job grooming him. This is our third time bringing him and she's always very professional. Very good groomer. This is my 5th and hopefully final groomer, she listens she doesn't rush. She isn't pushy. I don't feel like everything I'm asking her to do ridiculous or that she's heard it all before and doesn't need to listen to me. This groomer IS NOT like that at all. The owner is so sweet and so helpful and my dog doesn't get stressed out when she's there. Do not take your dogs here. My 4 month old puppy was jumping and nervous for his first grooming. Donna was frustrated. She dug a comb into his back and he cried. She then grabbed his collar and i was holding him too. He cried again and that's when I felt a chunk of his skin in her hand. She was pinching him so he would sit down. We left.
