She put 40 units in between my brows and 20 in my forehead, did not do the crows feet or the eye brow lift we discussed, and because of how much she put in between the browe, it's caused my eyelids to droop more. the forehead wrinkle is still there and visible. and I had to pay additional for a lip flip because she forgot to do it the first time. Ultraclear laser and Lasercoring with Dr. Shanthala…read more I have been going to Dr. Shanthala for a number of years and less than two weeks ago I had facial treatment with the Ultraclear laser and Lasercoring. I am so thrilled with the results. I did not use any numbing pre-treatment and the recovery process was only a few days. I had to travel to three different conferences the following week after treatment and I was able to present without any issues. Dr. Shanthala is an incredible doctor, and I would get laser treatment with the Ultraclear laser and Lasercoring again. All the treatments Dr. Shanthala offers are amazing. Now, just over one and half weeks out from my initial visit, I couldn't be happier with the results. My skin looks great, and the treatment areas look youthful and natural.

Really Bad Corporate Policies…read more I am on month 12 of a 12 month laser package (I paid full price, no groupon) and I used 2 of 3 facials in a package. They closed the Dedham location (5 minutes from home) without notice. I did not even get a phone call. I called about my upcoming appointment and was told they were closed, but I could go to a different location. I emailed corporate and asked for 1/12 of the money I paid back on laser and 1/3 back on facial. I thought that was fair. They did not. I was not allowed to "change" my package. (hmmm -seems like they changed it, not me). I gave up arguing with them. Since I only had one more appointment, I drove an hour each way to Cambridge and the clinician seemed to do as little as possible to get me done. If it was my company, I would have done a little more for the clients I was displacing. Honestly, a phone call in advance, some free samples, just a little something to make me feel like I was not being processed. I would NEVER recommend HLC. They don't care.
