Can't say enough good things about my body treatment with Kaylen! I had the treatment done 3 months before my wedding. I noticed a difference in my belly, hips, waist and arms. These areas were much more tone looking and the fat had lessen. Paired with healthy eating and light exercise (2-3 times per week), I noticed a significant change and difference in my body. I have been here a few times, the first time was to get eyelash extensions. Cindy was amazing and very informative. I love how my lashes turned out. I usually get light volume. The second time was to get a fill. The place here is beautiful. You get greeted right away as you walk in the door by the front desk. They have precautions due to Covid. Cindy always ask me to use hand sanitizer or to use the bathroom before we get started. The third time I came here. I got ombré powder brows with Bebe. She did a great job, I was back within 4-8 weeks for my touch up. I love this place so much that I also booked to get my lower eyeliner and lip blush done. I totally recommend this place ! read more

I'll give one star because they at least tried to fix it... and because I can't give zero. I spent $100 on a lift and tint. My lashes ended up quite literally glued to my eye lids, and tangled. I could not even attempt to put mascara on because I would've been painting it onto my eyelids. Also, both my top and bottom lashes were 'zig-zagged', like I had gotten electrocuted. They look atrocious. It's been like this for five weeks now.  I reached out to see if they could help. They had me come in (the second time I took off work to go in) just to do a consultation - Eve said she could fix them. So we scheduled another appointment (the THIRD time I took off work to go in) for her to 'fix them', which was today. She kept saying that they are less 'curled' now....my issue was never a curl - it was the fact that they are glued to my eyelids and tangled into a mess. And I didn't appreciate the implication that I just didn't like the way that they came out. No one would've like them - they were messed up by the technician - and an apology for the fact that I spent $100 to lose my eyelashes for three months would've been nice. After taking off work three times in the past month, I'm left paying $100 to NOT have eyelashes for 10-12 weeks until my eyelashes shed (I have blonde lashes - so not being able to put on mascara means that they look non-existant... which is probably a good thing because if people could see the tangled mess on my eyelids they'd think I was a nut). And even then, I'm just hoping this isn't permanent damage.  Long story short - I won't be back. I was trying to find somewhere close to work but I'll continue to go to Portsmouth where they know what they're doing the first (and second and third) time. read more

This place is beautiful and they are really nice. I loved the way my lashes looked but they kept falling out within a few days and I would have to get an entire new set because of their policy. One artist told me that hormones can cause you to not retain lashes so I kept thinking there was nothing I could do. I spent probably 300 dollars in a month there. I decided to try another place in stoneham because they offered a weekly refill rate. She told me that the old lashes kept falling out because they weren't sealed properly at the root. I've had my new set in for a while and haven't lost a single lash. It's a bummer because they do great work but I feel like I got mislead and lost a ton of money. read more

I was very excited to get my eyelashes done. I am from Washington DC and was on a girls trip to Boston and decided to get my eyelashes done. When I got there they were so nice and the place is beautiful it smells wonderful the customer service is incredible. That being said, this is three days after I had my lashes done and I paid $89 plus tip which seemed reasonable but now I understand why. Yes, I wanted a natural look but when looking at the photos of the other natural lashes that clients have gotten I assumed it would be a bit more dramatic. My appointment took a bit over an hour and a half and I take care of my lashes when they are done and this is what I came out with. I did not get them wet for over 24 hours, I brush them out, and I did not put mascara on them. I am disappointed because I am a student, And therefore lashes are a big splurge for me. read more

If I could give them a one star I would. Eva looks like she know what she is talking about, very nice to talk to "before you have your money out of your wallet". But once you paid them, they don't give a damn about you. I did my eyebrows, the-eyeliners , and she also suggested to do my eyelashes there so she can give me discount, but when I fished doing the eyebrows and eyeliner, then when I told them for my eyelashes extensions, they would not give any discount at all.forget about any discount,they even were going charge me to fix the eyeliner they missed up.i spend big money to learn a lesson, don't get tricked by their empty promises. read more

Eve did an amazing job with the shape of my new eye brows! I got them microbladed almost two months ago. She took her time to make them perfect and made sure I was very happy with the shape. The only thing I'm a little bummed about is they are starting to fade a little already l. It's really difficult to not sleep on them and not put any product on them so I think that's my down fall. Other than that, don't be scared to try it out! They will be super bold at first, but then it fades into a perfect eyebrow! read more
