It's December 27th & still haven't gotten a call, so unclear if they're still doing the "laser" part of Laser Cosmetic?

And that is exactly the feeling that you get when you go in there. The front desk are armed with their Apple computers and hidden behind the screens. They are not very sensitive to esoteric needs. What do i mean? In an effort to coordinate this i was in contact via text. I was trying to figure out who it was that i was conversing with. The person began using abbreviations like "FD" where i had to clarify what she meant; and it was "Front Desk". The place is a bit hard to find and I had to call for coordinates and was rifled off "commands" as to how to get there which was memorized in the presenters mind but not really intuitve. Like she just wanted to "get it out of her system" without regard for whether someone would be able to understand. These are signs to me of what is in store. So when I got there i was given a computer to fill out an inordinate amount of forms. No sooner did i get the ipad that the battery went out. But who wants to fill out all this information on an ipad where there is not a desk; you are just kind of struggling with the keys as you sit in a waiting room chair. Like it doesn't lend itself to use for this purpose because there is not support for the ipad to stay on your lap. If its on your lap you can't really use the keyboard do you see what i mean? Then I went into the bathroom and saw the heaping trash. These are things that people see; we don't care how dainty Carrie says that she is. Then they put me in a treatment room with a towel or fur comforter that looked dirty. The table wasn't adjusted at all and i sat and sat and sat and sat until i walked out. That was my experience. For me its not a place for guys. But again dare i say that these actressess might want to consider some of what i say. But they won't; I can see that as clear as day. They are set in their ways. It is his fault you see. They will falter and falter to the point of ad nauseum. As long as the facade of the Apple computers at the front desk are fired up and ready to go; that is all that matters. The show must go on. Thats all.

First thing I love: Melisa and her staff are SO nice. Every single person is professional, caring, kind, helpful, and well educated. Second thing I love: Melisa takes pride in what she does and is incredibly talented. I've received multiple rounds of botox, multiple rounds of lip filler, and many lipo-b12 shots. I've never loved my results more. Melisa truly listens to you without judgment, respects what aesthetic goals you have, and, most importantly, she delivers beautiful results. Third thing I love: MM is very competitive price-wise. Although the "regular" prices are similar to other med spas, every month they run specials, and they aren't pushy about upselling. Unlike other med spas, I never feel pressured to buy anything. Melisa and her team are always honest in advising me which packages/products would work for me, and not selling me things that are unnecessary. Fourth thing I love: You can buy products and service packages and keep them in your "wallet" for future use. This included breaking things into partial usages! For example, MM ran a filler syringe special that made certain products very affordable. During one visit, I used 1/2 of a syringe in my lips, and was able to keep the other 1/2 in my "wallet".
