Got my first facial ever by Porscha and it was amazing! The studio is very safe/secure - you can only enter once being buzzed in and when you do walk in, you're met by a beautiful staircase which gives off calm and relaxing vibes. Porscha was thorough in asking questions about my skin, routine, and what products I used to avoid any reactions. She was really gentle during the whole process and as she went through each step, she explained what she was doing and why including what the benefits of it all was. I mentioned to her that I get migraines regularly and she spent extra time massaging my head and neck/shoulder areas and did some lymphatic drainage to help with any inflammation I might've had. This review is soo overdue! I've been seeing Porscha for years now and literally followed her to different locations because she's THAT good. She's super sweet and patient, and she actually keeps track of how my skin's doing and what treatments work best for me. The studio is really secure, the front door stays locked and the only way to get in is when Porscha buzzes you in. There's tons of parking right in front too, so that's never an issue. I've definitely been late a bunch of times but she's always been so nice about it and works with my crazy schedule! Porscha is the sweetest and so gentle. She talks you through everything during the facial, like what she's doing, why she's doing it, what's going on with your skin. I love this because I know what's coming next and actually understand what each step is for instead of just lying there confused lol. Porscha checks in the day after treatments to see how my skin is responding and gives me skincare routine tips! I always leave the studio with a glowing skin! The whole experience is just super relaxing and she really pays attention to what my skin needs. The neck and head massage is 100/10! This was my first ever facial, I booked the "custom facial for new clients" with Porscha and it was the best self care thing I've done for myself! It's not only just a facial, it's a whole experience. To get into the suite you need to be buzzed in (already felt safe knowing no community member could just walk in and cause disruption). The bathroom and room itself is super clean, suuper cute and aesthetically pleasing. As a first timer here Porscha was very inviting, very gentle, very sweet and really does seem genuine about her clients and her craft. Based on the booking information I knew a scalp and neck massage was included but I was expecting a short quick 5 massage but when we got to the massage portion I was surprised it actually lasted way longer than what I expected and it was the BESTT feeling ever. The entire time I felt relaxed, I felt cared for and overall just safe. I was also just going through hormonal acne and the mask she made for me made my active acne minimize in size by a lot the next day. Afterwards she gave me recommendations on what I should follow up on next based on my skin concerns and what she believes would be best for my skin. Skin was definitely 'skinning,' 'giving,' and 'glowing' 24-hrs post-facial. Immediately booked the Diamond Tip Microdermabrasion for my next treatment in one month. Date of service 05/21/25. [ Space ]: clean, luxe, inviting, easy to find, plenty of parking, locked entry access with easy-to-follow entry instructions. [ Pro Tip #1 ]: look over the website prior to coming for pre-treatment prep and forms of accepted payment. [ Pro Tip #2 ]: for all the ladies with the lash extensions (like myself), book close to your next lash fill- because you know... steam. Had my first appointment with Porscha and she is AMAZING. Her room has such a relaxed environment, she made sure I was comfortable (i.e. asking if the room was too cold). She is very communicative, explaining the focus of the session, what she's doing at every step and what the products help with, any sensations i may feel from the products (including any discomfort), and always always checking if i'm experiencing any discomfort/reactions at every step. I've been seeing Porscha for over a year now, and I always feel very taken care of because she gets to know you and your skin. The vibe is always welcoming and peaceful.
