Walked in early when she was cleaning and sanitizing the place, she started on time for my booking and got straight to the facial after having me change into the towel. The facial itself was very relaxing and soothing, she took her time and was accurate to the full 80 minutes of the facial. My skin was very clean and refreshed after. I saw this 80 minutes headspa deal from Groupon and thought to give it a try. I called and made the next day appointment in the morning. Cindy was very friendly and skillful. The place was a little bit difficult to find because building 1580 is at the back but gps brought me to the front. The place was clean and relaxing with soft piano music played in the background. Cindy started with neck and shoulder massages then moved to head. The pressure was just right (not too hard and not too soft). She washed my hair so thoroughly many times. My hair was very clean and soft when I left her place. The only drawback was the spa bed. It was too flat and too hard that my back was hurting during the 80 mins session. I came here with a Groupon for an 80-minute facial, and unfortunately the experience just fell short for me. The outside signage is a little confusing -- it actually looks like the place is called "iBeauty," so it took a minute to figure out if I was even in the right spot. Cindy was nice and the massage portion was good, which is the only reason I'm giving this two stars. But overall, the facial itself was disappointing. She never explained any of the products or what they were supposed to do, and there was no real cleansing step at all. She also left the room for long stretches (10-15 minutes), and I could hear her talking loudly on speakerphone just outside the door, along with other people's conversations. This rating is for the two different types of 80 minutes facials I bought on Groupon. Both were supposed to be 80 minutes appointments. Cindy is polite, but I will not be returning as it felt like I was cheated on time. The biggest problem I have with both experiences is that the amount of time esthetician Cindy was physically in the room was only about half of what I paid for. The first time I thought maybe it's because of the overlapped appointments she scheduled so she kept going in and out of both rooms in between both appointments, but Cindy had no other customers before, during, nor after the second 80 minutes appointment, yet she was only in the room for 40 minutes of the 80 minutes. I recorded the times she was outside of the room because I felt she was outside of room a lot during the first appointment. The second appointment was at 5:15pm-6:35pm. She stepped out of the room at 5:20pm-5:24pm, 5:56pm-6pm, 6:02pm-6:28pm, and ended the session at 6:30pm when it was supposed to be until 6:35pm. What bothered me was that she shorted the session, left the customer in the room during the session to sleep in the lounge for 26 min, call her daughter, call another customer, and take out the trash twice during the session (yes, these were witnessed). Despite the disappointing experiences, I gave a generous tip the first time and an average tip the second time because by the second time, I know the time she spends outside of the room during the appointment was not by accident. The facials work, but I've had enough facial experiences from other clinics that I know what the standard is supposed to be and this is very abnormal and unprofessional for the staff to sleep in front of a customer during the appointment session! read more

It was my first time ever getting a facial and any type of scalp treatment, but I just know Cindy did it right. I love how she constantly checked in on me to make sure things like the temperature were to my liking. I also appreciated just the overall service she provided. I scheduled a facial appointment on Monday for Friday and even took the day off work to make it. I was also asked to come in earlier than my original appointment time, which I did driving through traffic to be on time. Unfortunately when I arrived I was told I couldn't receive the facial because my skin was too dry. While I understand the esthetician was trying to be cautious about how my skin might react, I wasn't given any pre-care instructions or warnings ahead of time to help me prepare for the service I scheduled the appointment 4 days ahead of time so it could have been enough time to prepare for the facial. It was disappointing to have adjusted my entire day, only to be turned away without notice.
