The initial service was impeccable, which is why I decided to return. I'm giving two stars out of grace for that first visit. Unfortunately, my second experience with the exact same item was disappointing. When I picked up my comforter, I noticed small specks of lint scattered across it. I brought this to the manager's attention, and while she insisted she personally handled my item and attempted to remove the lint, that explanation didn't align with the final result. If the issue couldn't be resolved, I should have been notified before leaving--not after I had to point it out myself. I did receive a refund, which I appreciate, but I genuinely wanted this to work. It seemed like the manager had already made up her mind that nothing further could be done, and there was no real effort to try to resolve the issue. At that point, I simply asked for my item back so I could take it somewhere that handles items with more care and attention to detail. It honestly made me question whether my comforter was mixed in with others during the process, especially since I take great care in maintaining it, including regularly steam disinfecting it at home. What was also frustrating was that instead of focusing on my concern, the manager began explaining how other customers' items can come in, as if I was expected to sympathize. My only concern was the condition of my item. Based on this experience, I would recommend keeping it simple here--stick to everyday dry cleaning. I had a sick literally stuck in the machine, I hat put in my quarters and soap and AS SOON as the machine starting spinning I noticed right away. So I immediately stopped it, bc the machine gives you that option. Open it up push the sock further in and closed it asap. Next thing I see is that it was charging me again! Like how does that even make sense!! So I went and told the women who was working there about it and she got defensive right away started yelling that it wasn't her fault ect. Mind you I asked just to help me, and in a nice tone. I did tell her that a notice had to be out indicating that one machines begin washing you can't open them up. The machine literally give you that option to stop the cycle. My point here is; they don't have to be rude and defensive when CLIENTS need help. They get a good amount of money from the clients for these machines not to be upgraded already!! Its dirty, you'll see dry soap in the machines, you'll see lent all over the floors, and even the folding tables are dirty! Last time I came in I brought my own wipes to clean the table and it came out literally black from then not even cleaning them. Most importantly they are RUDE!

He proceeds to tell me I didnt close it all the way. So why did it start? why are some of my clothes wet? why did the tide pod semi dissolve? He tells me to use my head and to slam the doors. That I'll know it's working once it spins. The bolivian owner cant take criticism at all. Everything you try and explain to him is met with passive aggressiveness. He takes it as a direct personal attack. They dont even clean these machines and the place is a filth. Dryers leave your clothes smelling burnt. I wouldnt even trust the food they sell either. Ive heard complaints of the owner handling machines, going through trash with bare hands and then going behind the food counter to service people when the women workers arent. Absolute nightmare of a place.

The color was also off on the other pair. They too may been laundered. The manager said she wouId re-dye them. I came back a week later. They were hanging in the same place from the week before. She said she had the wrong dye and had to order the correct one. Waited another a week. They were still hanging in the same place. I took my 2 ruined pants and vowed never step in that place again. They damaged my clothes then strung me along to keep from correcting the problem.
