I waited for a call back regarding the replacement part and followed up after the 14 days, since I did not hear back first and the receptionist was able to schedule the repair for the next business day. They were able to get everything repaired in under an hour! The process (from estimate to replacement) took about 3 weeks total, give or take. Overall, I recommend them for repairing your broken window! Many of the other places wanted us to purchase a new window, and this was not necessary.

It had been raining all night and wasn't due to stop any time soon, but only after they were over TWO HOURS late for the appointment did they finally call and say they don't do installs in the rain. I get the weather being an issue, but you can't call your clients until hours of their time waiting on you has passed? Time they are missing work to make the money to pay you? The second install appointment comes, and though they were due at 9am, didn't show up until mid afternoon without having called, by which time once again- there was a job to get to rather than continuing to wait. The -third- install appointment comes, and it was scheduled for 2pm. There were no calls yet again, and the worker didn't show up until 5pm. That's 3 more hours sitting and missing work again. On top of that, he showed up with an attitude from the word "hello" and remained sullen the entire time he was here. Maybe there are good, polite, and efficient people there, but that was not our experience in the slightest. Would not recommend nor ever use again.
