I also never attempted to haggle or submit a lowball offer. This business mentions I never put down a deposit but Aina clearly stated they do not accept deposits when I requested to place one. They are correct that I did not visit the location, because the interaction with their sales associate, Aina, made it VERY clear I would NEVER want to do business there. Being spoken to in a dismissive and condescending manner, including statements like "if you want the car, come and get it" and "we have many customers," is unacceptable and conveyed that my business did not matter. Considering the vehicle has been listed since November 2025, one would expect a more professional and motivated approach to selling it. The vehicle also has condensation inside the headlights and they claim the car had no warning lights or issues but there is adaptive headlight malfunction error on the dashboard shown in the video they sent me. They are not honest. Professionalism matters at every stage of a transaction, whether through social media (where they advertise), in person, or over the phone. Based on that interaction alone, I chose not to proceed, and I stand by that decision. They don't care about their customers end of story.

It's like they fix the car to work for the little 5 days they give you to bring it back and then the mess falls apart. This is my second car with them. I returned the first one because of transmission problems. Like I expected some minor issues but not problems like this. I remember there was a time when you went to drive time and could leave with a descent car. My mom talked so highly about them but my experience is terrible.
