Do you use this business! I don't believe this business still exists. When you call this number, no one picks up or a man said wrong number. We were a customer for 7 years, worked with someone named Harry. The past 3 years, we encountered a lot of problems with the unit. Either a water hose broke or one of the tank had a crack leading to significant water damage under our sink and flooring. We called the main number and Harry for service but they went completely MIA. I now believe that this business has closed. There's someone named Harry operating on his own and installing bad, low quality, faulty product. He claimed the system is made in Taiwan. This company is great if you are looking for hassle free clean water . I found them on yelp and sent them a quote request . It took a couple days for them to get back to me . The price was $300 plus tax . I trusted the 5 star reviews and hired them for the service. They asked me my name and phone number and their technician Harry reached out to schedule appointment. They were very flexible with the time as well . Harry showed up on time, he was wearing mask and shoe covers the whole time which made me feel safe . He was friendly and explained everything patiently . He did a clean job and the water tastes great . I highly recommend this company for anyone who doesn't want to do it themselves. I'm very disappointed by the customer service I received from Global Water, especially since they have many 5-star reviews. I was hoping to surprise my GF with the RO system she wanted, but instead I had to back out since Global Water tried to up the price on me when scheduling. When I initially reached out to the company here on Yelp, I was assured that the price I was quoted included all labor. I followed up to ensure that it included cutting into my quartz countertop for the spigot, and they said yes.
