We lost Thanksgiving and had to go out to eat for the first holiday ever. They didn't care. They ordered more parts. They were delayed. They rescheduled the appointment, and now we won't have a working oven for Christmas. They say they don't know exactly what is wrong with it, but they won't replace the oven. They tell me that I have to continue with this process. My wife is irate, and my friends are telling me to take them to small claims court for failing to stand by their product.
