I went here a month ago for a cb radio about 300 asked for a long range signal the following day i tested it out couldn't hear anyone so I went to go get it checked out somewhere else too see what's wrong the guy that installed it didn't even solder it & the cable was very cheap and the antenna wasn't even connected so I spend another 200 just to get it done right Customer Service was good everyone was nice heard good reviews about you guys I was just disappointed that I got screwed over read more

I needed a CB radio installation for an off-roading trip since it was going to be a large group. My preference was to go to Superior CB but the installer had been away because of a serious illness. Viking CB did an install and look what their install did to the body of my Jeep after only The chassis is torn up, dented, and scratched (see below). The installer at Superior CB finally recovered and is back to work. He knew what it is for and found a very elegant solution for my off-roading needs: a magnetic mount and I can tuck in the coaxial cable and I can tuck the cable under the gLittle little circular things that you can snap in to wire then that way I can just do that well why not do the same thing I said up there call Karl here read more

Someones always at the counter willing to help you and the staff is very knowledgeable on everything sold and installed here. If your a walk-in with "NO" appointment and want work done or a service check, BE PREPARED TO WAIT. Trust me they'll fit you in where they can, don't get upset get your name on the list and hangout. I was a walk in on a Saturday NO appointment (yikes) to get my CB radio looked at. After about 1hr and half they called my name and started working on my radio....My technician Victor found the problem and fixed it, got my radio tuned and ready to go!!! Have a Galaxy DX88HL about 28-34 years old. 1 of the first series made, the young man I had seen in the morning told me, look dude they don't make those anymore, can't even get the parts for them, there worthless, throw it a way or I'll give you a 20.00 credit for it. Really discouraged, all I wanted to do is build it up. Took it to Chris, built me a mother board, now sounds like new, now pushing 200 watts. Turned into a real bitchen radio!!! Talk to Brian when you go. Brian made great recommendations for which CB radio to put in my Jeep Rubicon. Some stuff I thought I wanted, Brian explained to me why I didn't need it and some stuff I didn't know I needed, Brian made sure I got. The installation was clean and done the same day I called, while I waited. Price remained as quoted (except for the upgraded mic I decided to get). Customer service was excellent. They do however have a limited supply of fiberglass antennas for Jeeps. I went to 4 Wheel Parts and got a 5' Firestick. If you need a CB for your Jeep, I highly recommend these guys. read more

I just went into this place to try to do business with them thinking that perhaps they wanted to do business. But unfortunately the guy at the counter did not understand a word that was coming out of my mouth. I asked him if they did work to tune up and enhance my CB radio and the dude looked at me and said $40 and I said what will you do to it and he said $40 so I asked him if they could add an amplifier and he said no but he looked at me like he didn't understand my question. So the best bet is don't go in this place and less you want to have a communication meltdown or unless your Spanish then this is probably the perfect place for you but to me it seem like this guy didn't know what the hell he was doing so I drove over to The radio shop over off cross the road or some nice English-speaking people added a 150 W amplifier to my CB and they will be installing my system Monday. So this fake CB radio Viking should just give up hang in the town start selling ice cream's. If you're not in the business to be the best in the baddest then GTFO read more
