I specifically went to this location because of an ad on FB Marketplace. The specific dishwasher I wanted had been sold. Chris proceeded to educate me on the dishwashers that were available. Due to my specific requirements I wasn't able to purchase anything he had in stock. What I walked away with was knowing if I needed an appliance I would go back & ask for Chris's help. 1 week later I went back & with Chris's knowledge, professionalism & good inventory I purchased 3 GE appliances. A stackable washer/dryer, stove & refrigerator. Chris worked with me on finances, 1 year warranty & delivery. I still need a couple more appliances & will definitely go back to Appliances 4 Less. While the prices of the appliances are great, Nana is not upfront with the fact that most of the appliances are returns from home depot and do not have the factory warranty, thus one has to purchase an extended warranty. The store offers an extended warranty, but they have no details about it. I was hesitant purchasing the warranty without any details, but did any how. A week later I find out from the warranty company that there's a 10 day grace period. Again no mention of this when I purchased it. Therefore I can not give a higher rating since Nana does not provide factual information. read more

This store is seven minutes away  from my home. The owner Linda claimed all the appliances are "new" and never been used. Only problem is they are damaged when in transportation.  On Mar 22 2021,  I purchased a refrigerator for $1549 and a gas range too ,so price was total $1900.  Since they were new , I never paid too much attention that the refrigerator was running good or not until 2 days ago. Summer means ice cream. I found all the ice cream were melted, but I already set the frozen zone temperature to -7°F. So I ordered a Fridge/Freezer Dial Thermometer in Target. After testing,  the refrigerated area was 50°F and the frozen zone was 20°F, even I already set both to the lowest temperature.  That's  when I realized my "new" refrigerator is actually a faulty one.  But as I recalled, the same thing happened last summer. I never thought deeply because it was "new".  I contacted Linda and she said nothing she can do only selling me another one with discount.  There was no warranty to all the sold last year.  It's so unacceptable.  So a conclusion came to me that they are selling Refrigerators with quality problems all the time.  I definitely NOT recommend this store unless you like wasting  your money. read more

We knew what we wanted and Linda was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and found what we wanted at a great price. Once we purchased our washer/dryer, she offered to deliver it for $50.00 which was a great deal. It was going to be delivered the next day but we received a phone call later asking if we wanted it that evening. Thursday I went in with not thinking I was going to walk out with a set of washer machine with a dryer and a refrigerator. I was window shopping getting ideas, but Linda the sale rep was very friendly and help me with measurements just by looking at photos of my laundry room and kitchen on what would fit best. We found what I liked and had it delivered the next day. After the delivery I was smelling gas for few hours I had to call Linda late at night to explain to her the situation and she the next day sent me a service person to test out if there was any leaks and found nothing, but since they seen that I was still uncomfortable of the situation and having a toddle she went ahead and switch the dryer so I won't be uncomfortable. Got a great deal on an LG dishwasher here. The lady that helped me out was very nice. She made sure the appliance I got worked and said if I had any problems, I could bring it back for a replacement. I got the installation kit for free and got a little discount too. She even helped me load it on my truck and gave me a couple of water bottles for the road. After going to 5-6 outlet/discount appliance places this was our last stop. We were very discouraged by the deceptive pictures and prices at the previous places when we walked in. We were pleasantly surprised that "new/open box" really meant new and open box!!! All their appliances are open box and new. We paid for a two year warranty on a brand new. LG washer and dryer set for just $990! The two year warranty is $105 for each which we felt was worth it at that price! Delivery is next day. Linda is very helpful and will process our warranty through the company and send us the verification through our email. What a relief that we don't have to do that.
